Kinda gave us a terrible first impression for a restaurant. We came in tonight just to order food for takeout and were told we couldn't be in there without showing id. We're not from around here so this was new to us, never been to a bar and grill that doesn't allow people to come eat at a table unless you can confirm you're 21 with an id. On top of that, the lady that took our orders seemed more interested in taking care of all the people at the bar rather than us. She even had to ask about my order a second time and then somehow it ended up being wrong. I got a burger with onion when I most definitely asked for it without as I despise onions. My fries also didn't have a single grain of salt on them nor was I offered any. For how somewhat pricey the place is I sort of expected better service. Candice refused to serve me even though I had my ID, crazy. Hopefully she learns how to work in the service industry someday.

Update: Im giving a second star because Paula was extremely helpful and pleasant and makes an excellent drink. Please go see Paula. The other girl still refused to serve me.

2nd update: went back to one star cause Candice spent so much time speaking to everyone else (told people a completely different story) about me instead of just squashing it. I really hope she isn’t a manager cause she needs more training. Whatever problem she had with me must have been personal. Pro tip; do the hokey pokey, turn it around and take their money.
