Holy Pie! Pizzeria - Dean Forest — Restaurant in Garden City

Friday 4/21/2023 was our 1st visit to Holy Pie. We ordered a Chicken Alfredo Pizza, Cheese Galore Pizza and the Raspberry Cheesecake Stromboli. We ordered online and it arrived earlier then the estimated time which was great! The delivery driver was also nice and everything was Hot and Fresh. I Highly Recommend this place! The Raspberry Stromboli looked and smelled amazing the outside was nice and brown and bubbly, But unfortunately the inside of the stromboli was completely raw. We was able to scrape a little bit of the Cheesecake and Raspberry Sauce and it was absolutely amazing. I wish we would have even able to eat it the way it was designed because I am sure it would have been great! I am sure if I would have called up there they would have made it right. But it is Friday night and I am sure they are very busy an accidents happen. I left a 5 star review because the over all experience was great. I would highly recommend this place, they have some amazing food. We would definitely go back if we lived here, but we are from SC and will be leaving tomorrow. Thank You again for good food and great service. The only negative thing i can say is that I wish I was here visiting longer so that we could order another Raspberry Cheesecake Stromboli and try more things...

The experience started at work a few days ago when one of the managers bought pizza for his crew. There was plenty leftover so he brought some over for us. I don’t like peppers on my pizza, but their supreme was still good. Pineapples belong on pizza, I will die on that hill, and I was fortunate enough to try their Hawaiian pizza and truly enjoy it. Although the cheese pizza was already gone, the guys said it was their favorite. Told the wife when I got home, so we decided to check them out tonight. I of course ordered a large Hawaiian. Got a small Cheese Galore pizza for the kid, and a salad and Calzone with ricotta, mozzarella, and pepperoni for the wife. Although I liked the Hawaiian again, my favorite was the bite of the calzone my wife so graciously allowed. It was awesome, and big. To be clear, I will definitely be ordering my own next time. Five stars for the food. On the downside, since they are cramped for space, indoor seating is very limited. Small tables that can barely accommodate two people. There is much more spacious outdoor seating, but July in Georgia is not really the time to eat outside unless you’re a lizard. In the meantime, Holy Pie is located close to one of my exit routes from work, so in the future, it’s preferable to pick up on the way home...

Usually go here on Sunday’s and the food is good but the people that work here are extremely rude. If you are 10 mins late picking up your order they call you multiple times and harass you when you are coming to get your food. But other times they say it will be ready in twenty minutes, you go, and then they are behind and you end up waiting in the store for another half hour. Of course they don’t call you and harass you then when they are late. It’s a shame because the food is ok but I dread going because the workers are so extremely rude. My family and I are done coming here based on how rude they were to me when I picked up the food as well as how rude and disrespectful they were to my wife on the phone. Please go elsewhere these people DO NOT care about u as a customer at all. They only care about themselves and being able to close their door on time at closing time. Go elsewhere. There are numerous pizza places in the area and they all deserve your business more than this rude family that...
