Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Garden City

Okay those who really know me know that this is definitely not anything I would ever do however we went and got some food to eat yesterday and it was the worst food ever Hong Kong's over off of Garden City Connector and so I took the food back to get a refund they wanted to only give half of the money back even though my girls and I didn't even eat a dollars worth of that funky food and the guys excuse for not wanting to give it all back was that it all smells like marijuana and everyone who knows me knows I do not do drugs like that he said that to my nine-year-old that it smelled like marijuana crappy place we are staying right now is to close for comfort and there's no way that I will not let drugs be around my children and this was just completely stupid, and he had no right to even say anything, even if that were true, but it's so not true...So if anybody wants good food and customer service run fast from Hong Kong restaurant on Garden City...

Love this place. Food has always been good, and delivery has been fast and efficient. Hard to communicate orders on the phone sometimes, but generally, my wife and I love this place and order about once a week. (We live nearby.) Unfortunately, the Coronovirus has caused them to close indefinitely, and we really miss our weekly order of their food.

Please note that I have changed my review from 5 stars to 1. The food at this place has become almost inedible. It is not hot when delivered, and the meat is not always recognizable. Prices have increased dramatically over the past year. I once really enjoyed their food, but I will not be...

Eaters beware I have bought food from here before and had great food, not sure if they sold their business to another person this was the worse food I have ever had from this restaurant! We ordered pepper steak and the meat was under cooked the fried won tons were over cooked the fried rice was yellow and that is all it was yellow it looked like they open a box of Rice-A-Roni! I ordered sweet and sour chicken that is what I received no vegetable’s just fried bits of chicken and red sauce. SC Save your money and go to the store and buy a bag of frozen chinese food it will be better than the food from this...
