Estrada's Grill — Restaurant in Garden Grove

Went to buy dinner for the evening. Was a bit busy when I got there. Waited in a 2 person ahead of me line, finally got to the cashier to order. They were busy preparing orders, so I thought I'd look over the menu anyways...still waiting 5 minutes in, people are scrambling in the back, I see a lady in the back look over at me, I wave, she looks away...I see the cashier hustling, I get it...still waiting...a customer interrupts the cashier to ask for the key to the bathroom, cashier is prepping food for an order...cashier hands the key to the bathroom to the customer, key is on a cloth lanyard which has been touched hundreds of times by customers, perhaps placed on the bathroom floor, or what have you, cashier is handling the key by the lanyard over to the customer, cashier goes back to prepping food with his bare hands, doesn't wash them before touching the food after touching the bathroom lanyard...still waiting...I leave...nope, not today ecoloi,...

Great food. Dishonest pricing. When I paid 2+ more dollars than was listed on the daily specials sign out front I asked for my receipt, which he should have offered to me in the first place. The cashier said that he can't do anything about it, and that the daily specials menu is 3 years old. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and when he camr up when. Presented with the opportunity to make it right, by either getting rid of the sign, updating it, or giving me back the difference he declined and referred me to the small print on the menu that says "all prices subject to change without notice." The price difference is not what irritates me its the way they dont do anything about it when someones calls them on their false advertising. If its been 3 years like the cashiet says, its probably time to update the prices! Check your receipts...

5 stars all the way. I ate a wonderful burrito for breakfast on a cold day. I had the Estrada Burrito with three kinds of meat. It looked and felt more like a 'brick of heavenly stuff'... I had coffee too. All was very good, full of flavor, perfect seasoning and texture. The portion was bigger than average. The people in this place were friendly, too. The other patrons gave it high marks too when I told them this was my first time here. The menu is extensive with so many options for Mexican food. Restaurant and tables were clean. I may even try one of their hamburgers. When I'm around that area I will go there. I appreciated food that tasted very good but not greasy or cooked yesterday or overcooked. Lucky people...
