The restaurant was clean and had a lot of seating. They play instrumental music and the servers were nice and attentive. I would recommend they put the butcher paper down on the table before you seat the guests. Many seemed a little annoyed to have to pick up everything for them to put the paper down. My husband ordered a hot stone pho combination. The anise flavor was not over powering and the broth was flavorful. The hot clay pot is super HOT. They warn you to not touch the bowl. You do have to wait a few to cool down. Also, things come out one at a time similar to other Vietnamese restaurants. Took awhile to get hot water and hot tea. He did order a second bowl of noodles as he felt it was not enough. I ordered the shaken fries with beef and rice, no onions. The sauce they marinated in was very flavorful and a bit garlicky. The salt was not overpowering. Their cups for hot tea are a decent size as they don't have tea pots. We will definitely return as the food was quite good. Parking is in the shopping center, but we were able to find a spot. But it was a Monday evening. I imagine weekends would be crazy and a bit harder to park. We will...
Read moreTook a little drive to try some pho in a hot stone pot. The exterior strip mall and parking area was little to be desired but then you go inside and it was like wow. The place was spacious and beautifully designed. It had an upscale feel. We initially all wanted the hot stone pot pho but the meat choices were limited. So most of us got the regular pho in a regular bowl. The ribeye pho was very good but the ribeye/brisket combo was not a good choice especially if you don’t like highly fatty or chewy meat like me. We were surprised to see the extensive menu with seafood boil choices, we thought it was just ok, but next time we will just order the pho and possibly some appetizers and skip the seafood. Also they put a waxed paper down on your table but I think they should ask if customers will order the seafood boil before wasting so much paper. They even put the paper down for those who just ordered pho. All that thick paper wasted is so bad for the...
Read moreSuper chill low key place. I do think some of the staff need to talk louder when taking order but otherwise a very nice and chill place. I love the interior decoration and art of vietnamese food on the wall it's super nice. The staff is very nice too!
I do have a small suggestion! I do recommend you guys invest in a trolley cart and heat gloves for your Hot stone food! (Save yourself from getting burn. Or kids running around!) The wooden platter is really small, so very dangerous when you're carrying the hot stone pho! Also, maybe start anouncing "Hot water Hot water!" I know people may find it annoying but it's better so you and your co-workers (Customers as well) know you're coming with something super hot! Please stay safe and careful staffs rooting for your...
