Worst service I've had in a very long time. Online it shows they're open until 9, so the family and I decide to head over after practice around 8:30-8:45 for some food and catch the laker game. Right off the bat there wasn't much acknowledgement from the staff, and we stood there awkwardly for a few minutes until we were asked what we wanted. Keep in mind there are 0 people in the restaurant. We got our food and we're watching the game, when the staff started mopping up and had the whole restaurant Snelling like bleach. Very unsettling when you're trying to eat. It also seemed odd they would be mopping early in the night. They then started playing loud music, while we were still eating and watching the game. Then they started to turn the lights off which was clearest sign they wanted us to leave. We stayed watching the game, and asked what time they closed on our way out. The staff said they closed at 9, and when I told them it says 11 online they just blamed the owners for not updating the close time. The guy who had a little ponytail wearing a cinnamon sweater made it seem like he did us a favor by letting us stay longer even though online it shows a different close time, and was not apologetic at all and was sarcastic with every response. The lady who was also working even said "I told you about the music" to the guy after I told them it was very rude to have it blasting while we're trying to enjoy out evening. Already paying a high price for mediocre pizza, you would think the customer service would make up for it. I let them know I would not be returning and they did not...
Read moreWell I gave Perry's a shot, I came in starving after seeing a movie and I ordered the Spaghetti Ravioli Combo . After 35 minutes I went to ask where's my food. Well, No one could give me a straight answer. The young man who took the order said well we're sorry your order came in with many others. Well there was 8 people in the place 3 tables all together.
They refunded my money and in 5 minutes they served a plate with 2 ounces of water in a plate with Spaghetti pasta and a slice of bread.
Spaghetti with sauce on top should not be served in a plate with any water in it. That's just laziness from not properly straining the noodles.
The sauce had decent flavor but leaving a customer sitting there for 35 minutes because they simply dropped the ball/ forgot the order and then serving a plate with Spaghetti pasta swimming in hot water is too much.
I'll never come back. For a kitchen that had as many workers as customers this is a real shame.
Cell phones in workers hands obviously had something to do with forgetting my order.
I guess checking your Instagram page is more important than customers or the business that provides you a paycheck.
So long Perry's Pizza "ILL...
Read moreThis pizza place has been a go-to for my family for decades, and it never disappoints. I personally love the thick crust, while my family prefers the thin crust, which just goes to show that there’s something for everyone—and both are great.
The atmosphere is perfect for families, with games for kids and a ticket redemption area where they can trade tickets for toys, similar to Chuck E. Cheese or Shakey’s. My family has always loved their dinner salads (or side salads, not sure which) and their ranch dressing, which is so good.
The people here are very nice and personable. On a few occasions, my nephew had issues with tokens getting stuck in the machines, and the staff didn’t hesitate to give us extra tokens so we could keep playing. It’s little things like that that make this place stand out.
If you’ve never tried it, I highly recommend checking it out. It’s a great spot for good pizza and a fun,...
