Today I had the worst experience ever at this burger joint. I’ve been here a couple of times, and in the past service was good/okay. I placed an order over the phone, the woman repeated my order back to me correctly. Once I arrived at the location, I noticed my order was incorrect before leaving, and I let an older woman know that an item was incorrect and that I was missing 2 ranch dressings. She immediately began blaming the younger girl, saying that she didn’t take any phone orders and started to point fingers. I wasn’t bothered by the mistake and even offered to pay the difference. She then began speaking to the younger girl in Spanish telling her what to charge me for, also making jokes about my size and that I came back to for my missing/incorrect items. I am a black male and work for Lynwood Unified School District as a Spanish interpreter 😈😁. I started speaking to her in Spanish and the look on her face was priceless!!!! She had nothing to say afterwards. In conclusion, due to poor service and immature women, I tried to give the food back and ask for a refund. She refused and said that she wasn’t able to give refunds. I will never go back to this spot again except for tomorrow to speak with owner and get...

I love their breakfast burritos so why not introduce my coworkers to it. Ultimately this could pretty much bring more business to this establishment. Well I began to speak with the cashier about how many sections the burrito could be cut into. She was nice about trying to figure it out but THE COOK not so nice. He was very short and rude stating two pieces. The woman at the cash register attempted to explain what I needed but he quickly cut her saying "no two that's it!". Another woman stood in near the cook with a smirk. Needless to say I politely told the cashier it was ok and acknowledged the cooks rude behavior. It was very obvious they didn't need my little money. Very disappointed been eating...

One example is their Burritos, which technically should be served on a plate and eaten with a knife and fork. Don't even think about ordering one in the Drive-Thru and trying to eat it as you're cruising down the road. Both hands are required just to pick it up, let alone, eat it. So I suggest, that you munch on your fries until you get where you're going and park your car. Then you can give your Burrito the attention that it deserves. Also, have extra napkins...
