Hello Warrior Huddle House!
If you’re ever in Warrior, Alabama, you absolutely must stop by Huddle House #409 and try their steak—it’s beyond fabulous! I was blown away by how juicy, tender, and perfectly cooked it was. I didn’t even need seasoning because it was already seasoned to perfection. Hats off to Tonya in the kitchen for delivering such an incredible steak that wasn’t overly fatty but packed with flavor.
I also had the salad and macaroni and cheese. While the mac and cheese wasn’t the greatest, it was something different for me, and I appreciated having those sides to round out the meal. But, let’s be honest—the steak stole the show!
The service was just as fantastic as the food. My server, Ray (RHEA), was absolutely wonderful—so sweet and attentive. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, and Ray made the experience extra special.
Huddle House #409 is a true gem. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, trust me, this place is worth the stop. That steak alone will keep me coming back!

Read moreEdit Me and my husband just recently went to this location and apparently our kind is not wanted there. I felt like it was the 60's the way all the white people had to turn and and stare like they had never saw black people in their life. But the young lady (Alivia) with the purple hair was rude and actually pushy as hell. If we tell you we are looking at the menu and we are not ready to order, then walk away. She came back less than 5 minutes later asking if we were ready to order and if we need a recommendation. NO! We don't need your input sweetie. My husband ordered the food and she overcharged us by $10.00 so he calls back to ask and she answered the phone saying she doesn't see where we were over charged. I'm NEVER going back here again and plus the cook can't make an omelette to save her life! My husband is a Chef and he laughed at how she put that food together. BLACK PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! THEY CAN'T COOK AND THEY DON'T WANT US THERE!...
Read moreMorning/Day service - always upbeat and friendly! Might take a minute or two to get your food, but never a bad experience.
Night Service - seriously considering not revisiting this location. Sat at a table for 10 minutes, stood up to make sure they saw me, changed tables hoping to be acknowledged, finally stood back up and asked if I could get a drink, and one employee looked up at me saying "Oh. We're closed." The open sign still flashing... THEY WATCHED ME WALK IN! Saw me stand up. Watched me change tables to where you literally couldn't help but see me and my boyfriend at all times?!
I get it. The labor shortage is real. Most everyone is overworked and exhausted. If you're going to close early, sure, totally fine... maybe you forgot to turn off the flashing open sign... but don't watch me for 15 minutes and wait until I ask for a drink to tell me you're closed. That's just obnoxious. 🤯
update Forgot to mention, there was another family in there waiting...
