Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Gardendale

I placed my order at 6:09 . Didn't get my order until 7:45 i even went in 30 minutes later to check on it and i get it there's people before me . So anyways they said we are putting it in the oven now, so not to much of a wait . I said okay thank you. I even let them know where I was parked . Well I waited and waited watching videos on my phone outside in my car watching also everyone get their orders and then looked at the time and it's 7:24 . I said to myself hold up where's my food . i go back inside . They made it . Yeah . However gave my food to someone else and they put down in their computer my car was white and its black and fyi it was still daytime so how did you get white from black. I was the last car at the time. So I guess if I showed up on my harley . It's a mini van right? Okay oh before i almost forget. I ordered a 3 meat, not a two at least y'all go my crazy puffs right though hey you know considering how long I waited I didn't even get a free drink or a offered another pizza. I would have at least offered something for that...

Let me start by saying, I do understand most businesses are struggling right now with staffing. I placed an online order for in store pick up. I needed to run in and run out once it was ready. Door was locked and drive thru line was out to the street. There was no sign on the door, No notification when I placed my order, no notification when I got my confirmation that I would need to wait in line. I again fully understand the struggles businesses are facing. I just wish that some kind of notification could have been made or the option for in store pick up turned off. I also tried calling 3 times to cancel my order and get a refund. No one answered.

And to make matters worse, once I picked up Lou order, it had been left on the counter not in a warmer...

I am never want to complain, because I’ve literally worked in a pizza place, but I placed an online order at 1:15 PM. I came through the drive-through at 1:28 PM to pay for my pizzas. They said they are still in the oven and will be out soon. I then go in the store after waiting for 10 minutes and I see three people in the lobby whose orders all got messed up or didn’t even get placed. The worker then asked me what did I have? I told her and she said well we ran out of dough. Can it be thin pizza instead I’m genuinely confused if my pizza was in the oven 20 minutes ago when you said it was in the oven. Its just ridiculous to have nothing ready and i wasted 40 minutes waiting. Not to mention they messed everyones in the...
