Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Garnett

I ordered on the app and there was an error it was charging me a delivery fee for a carryout order. I called and asked if they could waive the fee at pickup. I was told my the "manager" that did not give her name they cannot do that. I said okay deliver it. The eta was showing 12:39-12:49. I called at 1:00 and the store manager told me they had been waiting for me to pick it up. She blamed me for the situation and then said the app must just be used to me having it delivered. I have had it delivered twice and the rest of the time it is carry out. Cheryl made it out to be anyone but her teams fault. We got here and had to wait at least 10 minutes for a table. The we set the people that came in after us was waited on and there we set 7 of us and nothing so I went up and asked if they would come take our order. So they came and took our drink order and left then finally came back with the drinks and left we set again to 15 minutes and I had to go back to the counter and asked if someone would come take our order so they came and took you order and then when it came it wasn't right so they took it back and then when they came back it was still wrong there never came back to refill our drinks or and thing. Went through got two dinner boxes and got home both did not look to have anything on the crust .One was suppost to have Pizza Hut favorite and the other garlic blend .Both looked like nothing was even put on them .Then the person on the phone decided to call me a liar and said she did put garlic blend on both but did not see the Pizza Hut favorite .But looked pretty plain to me .Was willing to fix the Pizza Hut favorite only even though the garlic blend looked dry and had nothing added to it .Shouldn’t have to make two trips to be able to get something half corrected she was nice but something needs to be fixed with how stuff is applied on pizza.If they call garlic blend looking like not a thing...
