McDonald's — Restaurant in Gassville

Edit: I would give them 3 stars. We drive thru this McDonald's probably 4 times a week on the way to work. Its usually great for a quick coffee, breakfast or burger and fries. Here lately its going down hill. The lady that takes our order and we pay at the first window, (she rides the motorcycle, sorry I don't know your name) is ALWAYS the friendliest, most efficient, hard working employee they have. She is always spot on and smiling. Then you get to the second window. The "manager" that's back there (usually during morning and early afternoon shift) is impatient with her employees. We returned an iced Caramel coffee to the girl in the 2nd window because after the 100's we've had we could tell the color was off, it looked like milk. The "manager" griped at her instead of directing and helping her for taking the coffee back from the customer and then proceeded to telling us, the customers, that we are wrong, all the iced Caramel coffee looks like that. Its just how the cream is homogenous??? This isnt the first time we've encountered this "manager" and her rudeness. And make sure you check your food too! We get a a lot of big breakfast, no hot cakes. We always are missing either one strip of bacon or both! And the goodie bag you get with the big breakfast can have anything in it, 4 syrups even though you don't have hotcakes. Or tons of jelly and butter. We drove to Mtn Home McDonald's the other morning before work to make sure we had a good coffee. We will be hard...

I always have an issue with them because I always have to return my order because it's incorrect everytime !! I know that it is fast-food but it makes no difference in the time length if they can't get your order right. I ALWAYS order the same thing being a Quarter Pounder w/out cheese and it never fails that I have to take it back because "what do ya know It has Cheese on it " So why do I need to stand in line to give my order if they are just going to give me whatever !!! It is really irritating that I have mentioned this over and over and over and nothing seems to change. If I go through the drive thru I have to pull to side of parking lot and check my order because I live in Flippin and if I would have gotten home and my order had been incorrect I would have been very pissed. not to mention that I have even received a hamburger w/out the hamburger pattie , I mean really!! Speed is that important ? It would be very appreciated if I could come and place my order and for once not have to return it because it wasn't what I ordered or how I ordered it ...

We stopped in on Saturday morning and again on Sunday Morning during a recent visit on vacation. What a disappointment! It took us 25 minutes to get our food. We witnessed customer after customer either never get their food and leave throwing up their hands, or having to go back to the counter because their order wasn't right. After 25 minutes, we did get our food and our sausage egg and cheese biscuit didn't have the egg on it. Multiple people around us that were regular customers told us management was awful and never there to pay attention to the fact there are obvious issues.. One employee went to the bathroom crying. There were some employees clearly trying but some were clearly not trained. We were told they can't keep help because the employees can only get a 4 hour shift and limited to 20 hours a week.
