Ice Cream & More — Restaurant in Gautier

After two years of consistently coming here I was told yesterday they didn't have enough ice cream and the flavor I wanted for my order and would have to replace the ice cream with a different kind (that was similar).

And that they were sorry, have a nice day.

No offer of anything different. No, "If you have a minute, I'll replace it and let you sample it."

Just a blank stare behind an empty tub and the obvious unwillingness to offer customer service of any kind.

There was no one else there either. Just me.

Today, a friend said she had a similar experience.

A little constructive management could go a long way in preventing these interactions in the future.

Oh wait, that's right. The owner just likes to berate customers in the reviews and isn't interested in taking responsibility for...

Nachos were hard could not bite them. The employee even said yes they are hard. Will not return we have better places. Stop over holding product just don't put alot out. We want fresh food. Thanks for my refund I will not be back. Please do not lie and I am filing a complaint with better business bureau and calling the local health department. You are unprofessional and selling old product. I never received a refund but this time every other time has been fine. Love the variety of items. outstanding customer service. Fresh squeezed Lemonade, the famous dipped ice cream bar with toppings, wide variety of coffees, iced and hot, many flavors of Blue Bell Ice Cream and New Orleans style snowballs! If you need a bite they have hot dogs with chili , cheese, and other toppings, and nachos with jalapenos if you like! Everything is done in full view.
