I stopped by Yummy Donuts in Gautier expecting the usual donut shop experience—and instead, I walked into a whole vibe. First of all, their flavor game is on another level. I’m talking Fruity Pebbles, crushed Oreo, coconut, maple bacon—and that’s just a few. It’s like someone took childhood favorites, comfort food, and creativity, and just said “let’s go wild.”

I tried the Fruity Pebbles donut and honestly... I wasn’t ready. Soft, fresh, not overly sweet, and the cereal still had a bit of crunch? Magic. The maple bacon one? That salty-sweet combo hit in all the right ways. I thought it might be gimmicky—nope, it’s genius.

The shop itself is super clean, the staff is friendly, and everything looked fresh like it just came out the kitchen—which I’m pretty sure it did. You can tell they take pride in what they’re serving.
