CoCoMo Bubble Tea Kearsley — Restaurant in Genesee Charter Township

Ya know i only gave this 2 stars because I loved coming here the first time but after today and the customer service by the lady with the beard. I am disappointed. After drinking the "banana split" which tastes like a banana Laffy taffy that's been sitting in water then removed.. with zero sugar. I asked to get a different flavor and was told I could pay for a new one. Then paid for a dirt cup which was decent but I ordered it with whipped cream and she just rushed making it and didnt put whipped cream and put it on the counter saying hope this tastes better and walked away. And I said I asked for whipped cream and she just looked at me. Very weird behavior and not acceptable from such a small company. Thanks 21 dollars...

Got the tulip and Lily for my mom and myself. No clue what alls in them. was my first visit and they tried telling me. but it was rushed. The drinks are worth going back for 🙌 very busy place. Next time ill try concocting my order before getting to the line. Might take a few tries to get the adding and mixing and types down to my preference. Theres sooooooooo many options. I highly suggest bubble anything😂😂 not my fav first visit but ill take a pro with me next time so that i can figure out the yummiest way to make it. This place is amazing! So many flavors for so many different tastebuds!! We went on the first day they opened and will be repeat customers. We live in the area and I can’t pass this place up. We were so excited when it was announced because we love bubble tea and to have it within a 2 minute drive makes it so much better! I had a Mocha Madness milk tea and my wife had their speciality drink, Pumpkin Patch. They were both amazing! We will be here frequently because the staff was awesome, the drinks were delicious, and it has a great atmosphere. Plus, we love supporting our local businesses. Keep up the great work,...
