Absolute WORST bowling experience I've ever had in my life. Where do I start? My family and I showed up around 5 pm to have a fun night out together. Once we started bowling, the kids on the right of us (ranging from 5 years old to about 9) were unsupervised, so they kept walking in front of our lane, taking the bowling balls we picked out and being out of control. Another family got set up to our left and started doing the same thing. The mother literally stood right in FRONT of me as I'm standing, ball in hand, ready to bowl my turn. She didn't have any sense of bowling etiquette or common courtesy. She also waited until I went to use the bathroom and took the ramp I was using with my toddler to help him bowl. When mentioned to the manager, the manager told me that it is what it is. That there are no enforced rules during open bowling, and recommended that I say something to the individuals myself. He was very argumentative with me stating that there's nothing he can or will do about it. Kept shrugging at me like "oh well" and smirking as if I was just being a pain. Also went to order pizza and and breadsticks to be told it'd be a half hour wait due to backed up orders (no big deal). But we ended up waiting almost a hour and 45 mins for the pizza to come out. When my mother asked about the breadsticks, the employee got mad at her, rolled his eyes at her, and said "we're still waiting on the breadsticks, so they'll be out when I bring them out". All around rude customer service and no cares whatsoever for the customers. Also, every 10 to 15 minutes the manager yelled over the PA system to sell raffle tickets (as if he wasn't making enough off of $13 per person and $50 for 2 pizzas and 3 breadstick orders). Focusing on your bowling game is almost impossible. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone even if someone paid me to. My family and I will never return to waste our money, time, or...
Read moreWe organized a bowling night for our work staff here on 11/10/24. They delivered on everything we agreed to. Place was clean and pizza was good. The bartender was awesome. Even though we were loud and annoying I'm sure, he took good care of us. Only negative thing I will say is the employees in the area where they make pizza seemed off. Before I left I went to square our bill up and it was $525 which was very reasonable. He informed me that if I wanted to tip I should give it to the employees in the food area. I thought they did a good job so I walked over and waited until a young lady acknowledged me and asked what I needed. I handed her $150 and told her this is a tip for her and the others back there. I didn't receive a thank you which has never happened to me. Not even a smile. Im sure she works hard and deserved to be tipped but I also work hard in a similar business and at the very least thank people for...
Read moreFrank helped me host a client appreciation party for close to 50 people, and my team and I were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly it went. We were able to schedule out a date over the phone with Frank, and he was available to answer our questions months out and last minute. All of our guests were able to have shoes and bowling balls on a night with league games going without feeling crowded or rushed. The pizza was surprisingly good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Frank arranged a ticket system for us to be able to easily provide our guests with drinks. Frank and his staff adjusted to our group's needs, and we're very thankful for the great service his team provided on a busy...
