Decided to give them a second chance. Called in the order, asked for the shrimp basket with cheese fries. Chicken Finger meal with a drink. I asked for no ice and he assured me it would have no ice. (I have sensitive teeth). I received ice in my beverage and the man who took my order didnât punch in my husbandâs cheese fries. So when I told them, the lady said you didnât pay for cheese fries. I said well I ordered them so please charge me so he can have cheese fries. They seriously took a long time just to charge and hand me a cup of cheese. Itâs the hubbyâs birthday, and he just wanted cheese fries with his order and I didnât think it was a big deal but apparently it was. So much for second chances!
Wish I could give ZERO stars!! Terrible! We are long time Happyâs customers. Ordered a specialty pizza, PAID the specialty PRICE. Got a burnt poor imitation of a little Caesars 3 Meat Treat. A spicy special is supposed to have triple pepperoni, double sausage and extra cheese Double Baked. Ours was burnt, with no sauce and not even the normal amount of cheese. Most of the pizza had bare crust . Also ordered wings with an extra BBQ Sauce. Instead we got what is pictured below. A strange yellow sauce. We had been looking forward to this location opening. Thank god we have Bobâs Pizza less than a block away, their pizza is far SUPERIOR. Very disappointed, we thought it would be like all the other Happyâs Pizza. It needs a lot of work before you could compare it to other Happyâs locations. They give Happyâs a bad name!!! More than half of this is going into the trash sadly. We should have gotten a hot and ready from Caesars or went to Bobâs for their ultimate Supreme which is amazing by the way! Placed my order and the counter worker said it'll be 15 minutes. It took over 25 minutes to receive my order. The previous customer was also waiting awhile to get their order. I watched and observed as the worker threw in an extra slider for the other customer's long wait time. What about me. I waited over 10 to 12 minutes longer for my order. And the worker did not offer me a free drink or slider of any kind. But he did to the prior customer who waited so long time as I did. How dam rude. I've never been to this Happy's Pizza location before. It'll be the first and the last. When I opened the pizza box at home, it seemed like a medium size not a large size pizza. First bite and the pizza is/was dry as molasses omg! And there was very little to no tomato or pizza sauce. The bbq chicken was okay. Definitely not enough bbq sauce on the chicken. I've had way better elsewhere. If that was Open Pit bbq sauce, it was nasty. Open Pit is so outdated. Why not use Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce. That's what's up. Just a suggestion to the owner of Happy's Pizza. SWEET BABY RAY'S pizza sauce on your chicken. After this meal I was not happy but more disappointed then anything. Worst experience. If there was a a 0 star rating I would give that!!! Customer service is beyond ghetto and rude.Ordered traditional wings online, staff from store called after order was placed and my card was charged and said they did not have tradional wings right now only boneless. I told them to just refund my card. The staff stated she had to call the manager and would call me back. After 15 mins I called Happy's the female staff stated her manager did not answer. I told the staff I would come there and she can cash refund me and she can let the manager know when ever she talks to him or he comes in. Then some male staff got on the phone and said they can't do that I stated to him something has to be done today my card was charged you don't have the food. The male staff stated you don't have to get smart with me and hung up the phone. I personally work in the restaurant business so I know a cash refund can be done and the manger can be notified and fix the issue at a later time when the manager is reachable.
