Review for Manager Ron ( big tough guy mentality, little peanut energy ) at Little Caesars
I’m writing this review to bring attention to the unprofessional and frankly alarming behavior of Manager Ron at this Little Caesars location. His treatment of younger employees is consistently disrespectful, but one recent incident was especially troubling.
A young female employee—who is a minor—was off the clock, sitting in the lobby on her phone while waiting for her ride. Instead of handling the situation with basic understanding or respect, Ron escalated it to an extreme and completely unnecessary level by calling the police on her. She was doing nothing wrong and did not deserve to be treated like a problem just for waiting safely inside.
This kind of behavior from a manager is unacceptable. Young workers deserve to feel safe and respected in their workplace, and Ron’s actions were not only unprofessional—they were deeply inappropriate. Calling the cops on a minor over something so trivial could have had serious consequences and reflects very poor judgment.
I hope higher management takes this seriously. A manager’s job is to lead and support, not intimidate or mistreat staff—especially minors who are simply trying to follow the rules and stay safe.

I’m reaching out because I feel compelled to speak up about the increasingly toxic environment at this location under Ron’s leadership. It’s deeply concerning that four African American employees have felt the need to leave due to the hostile conditions. That should be a red flag that something is seriously wrong.
Ron’s behavior has consistently been condescending and demeaning, particularly toward the young women working here. It's disappointing to see this continue unchecked. As a district manager, I urge you to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. This isn’t just about one bad manager—it’s about a workplace culture that’s being damaged under your oversight.
Everyone deserves a safe and respectful workplace. I hope you will reflect on what kind of leader you want to be, and take steps to hold Ron accountable for his actions. Do better as a...
Read moreThis location needs competent management....every time I stop there during the week (usually on a Monday or Tuesday, occasionally a Wednesday- around 6pm) there's no hot&ready's made and "ready" so there's a wait. I'm not terribly impatient about busy restaurant wait times, however, this location is ALWAYS seems unprepared for the typical dinner rush. 35 minute wait tonight, which wasn't the longest wait I've had here but we were the only car there when we ordered 2 "hot&ready's" with 2 orders of crazy bread. As we're waiting, the parking lot fills up like it ALWAYS does. Yet, once again, nobody working here is prepared for that. I don't understand why it's so difficult to prepare for this rush of customers (that they ALWAYS get at that time of day) by starting the pizzas and having them actually hot and actually ready! So, tonight we are standing around with 10 other irritated people waiting for their not so hot&readys and an employee of Cesar's comes casually strolling up the sidewalk smirking at everyone waiting, and strolls through the front door, apparently there was no sense of urgency to get to work, and they were rudely amused by the customers frustration while waiting. I think corporate needs to take a good look at the management and the customers be prepared for a frustrating experience. This was the last time that I waste my valuable time and money at...
Read moreFirst of all, this location has Zap Packs! A delicious addition of salt, spices, and herbs. There wasn't much Hot-n-Ready when I was there, but I did get a Extra Most Bestest hot and ready although at a higher price than I have been used to paying. That said, I was pleasantly surprised that it was indeed hot and it was properly cut all the way through making it easy to grab a slice. They hit the sweet spot of sauce and cheese ratio so it wasn't dry, wasn't sloppy messy, and leftovers the next day were still good, even without reheating. The box wasn't greasy when done, and the crust was crispy, solid, and beautifully baked.
Feb 2025 - still have Zap Packs, still see the quality and attention to detail in preparation, baking, cutting and boxing the pizza. Wouldn't sell the few things past the time. I got a classic pepperoni HNR, so warm from the holding oven, but higher than the EMB HNR elsewhere. ($7.49+tax). It was drying out but l needed to eat...
