McDonald's — Restaurant in Genesee Charter Township

I live 1/2 way between 2 Mcdonalds and the one in the town of Genesee is closest but very very slow. I have lived with it for along time but tonite I went there to get my wife chicken strips and was told they were out so I ordered 2 big macs for $5.00 and was told they don't have 2 for $5.00 anymore. I had it on my mobile order at their address for that price but she said they would not do it so I told her I will go to the other Mcdonalds who said they will honor it if it is on the app and they had plenty of chicken strips too! Most every time we go for that ride before dark and stop to get an ice cream they say the machine is down, I think they just clean it to early so it is done. They are 5 miles apart and this one has higher pricing than the one at Genesee & Richfield rd. I guess one would wonder why I keep going there but wonder no more I am offically done, from now on I will be going to the Genesee & Richfield...

This was the worst experience with a McDonald’s store I’ve ever had. I work at the McDonald’s in Swartz creek and we’re always taught and pushing customer service skills... does this store have any at all? Today 4/27/18 at 5:25 not once did I get a smile or a “Have a great night!” Plus the manager with the pink shirt and brown hair who looked to be in her late 30s gave me a nasty look and told me when I asked for an extra sauce that every packet cost 32 cents...... UH WRONG. As I said before I work at a McDonald’s the extra sauce packet button charges 21 cents per packet. So I told her I wasn’t going to pay for it. They are stingy! Rude! And lacking of so many skills... not surprising coming from this town! At our store we push “it’s on me” if we’re asked for extra sauce we say it’s on me, give it to them... keeps the customers happy, never will I come back to this store. Terrible management... reconsiderations...

The slowest customer service I've ever seen. This morning I was going to work and saw no one was in line or at the window. I sat there a minute and then asked if anyone was there to help and the gal said "I'll be with you in a minute"! 5 minutes later and now about 6-7 cars stacked up behind me she comes back on and takes my order for a Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and med coke. I move forward and there is a car sitting at the window getting their order. Where did this car come from????? When I get there I wait another 2 minutes for my order. This McDonald's store is terrible. Another visit prior to this I thought I'd go inside thinking it would be faster because it usually is at most locations and it took just as long and I was the only one inside. Bad, bad service! You have a great location but...
