Overall really frustrated with this place. I went through the drive thru and placed an order for two subs, one tuna with everything minus jalapenos, and honey mustard and another with ham, cheese, mayo and lettuce. Somehow, she rang me up for three subs. When I pointed it out the lady at the window got upset, said it was my fault and pretty much shut the window in my face. Five minutes later she has it fixed. Whoever the lady is running drive through today with the blonde hair. Friendly. But a little rude. I absolutely seen her roll her eyes when I told her what sub sandwich I wanted. And then told her I wanted three total of the same exact sandwich. Doesn’t make a customer feel welcome rolling their eyes at the number of sandwiches I’m ordering. And it made me want to leave. I would give no stars but one is the lowest it'll go. The staff is rude and giving off a little racist. My visit was not a good experience at this location I was nice and kind walking in. I spoke to the staff and said good morning clear enough before she took my order. She didn't respond which is fine but another lady walked in after me and she greeted her with-hello good morning I will be right with you.
