The Carne asada needs to be cut into smaller pieces and it should be grilled a little bit more with some more seasonings or salt. The girl who attended us was very polite the wait time was over 30 minutes other people arrived after me and got there food before mine. They are very greedy with the salsa they give you very small portions. I won’t be coming back to this place, but I hope my review make you’re business better. Be more organized and make sure the orders get out as the customer arrives you should attended them and make they’re order for them and work on the next order after that customer that’s my opinion, but whatever works best for Tacos Chapis...

Tacos Chapis is an amazing authentic taco truck right next to the main gas stations in George. I’ve eaten here at least 40-50 times throughout the years and I’ve never once been disappointed. This place is beloved and has a large following for a reason. We as locals are incredibly grateful for places like this. They used to be so good but the last few times I went it’s bad, from the food to the customer service. I waited 30 minutes for a burrito, torta and ceviche..I was the first person to order and had only one person behind me. It’s 10 am.. the owners friend got his food in 10 minutes.. I waited 30 (I ordered before him). Then I get our food they give me two sauces..they have become so stingy with the sauce it’s weird.I eat my torta.. barely any meat, beans, cheese or lettuce.
