Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Tonight the police got called because this Wendy’s was very unprofessional. They messed my order up the first time and told me to come back to get it fixed. So I go back and they give me old food and don’t even give the sauce when we ordered 4 different orders of chicken nuggets. Fries were stale and old.. I also seen a worker put his bare hand into the ice where the soda machine is to give himself ice in his personal cup. No gloves, no scooper or cup. Just bare hands. So unsanitary. I was told they weren’t going to replace my food or give me my money back. Luckily the officer who came out went through the same experience on Sunday night. So he knew I wasn’t kidding. The night staff lies to customers and tell them they are sold out of stuff because they are too lazy to make it. Like the bake potatoes the officer and I requested. When I talked to the GM, she advised me they were fully stocked. That they shouldn’t be out of anything. The way I was screamed at, laughed at and mocked tonight was just as disgusting as their food. Someone needs to get this location under control because Wendy’s is one of my kids favorite “treat” foods. Well that was until today. They told me it was disgusting and hard. Due to this wasteful experience. I don’t advise anyone to eat here until it’s under control, sanitary and the food is kept at the proper temperatures. I will also be calling the health department in Ottawa county because I can see the grime. YIKES! It took for me to have the officer block off the drive thru and request my money back just to get where I started Monday night. Kids had to wait an additional hour for dinner and this messed up our night....
Read moreMy husband went used the drive thru window, ordered 2 Dave's Singles, paid $23.30. When he seen the 2 glasses of pop(coke or pepsi), had mostly all ice he asked the guy at the window to dump it out & put less ice in them. The guy told him he needed to pay first, my husband did. The guy, the had the gull to tell him you, paid for it, there is NO Refund on food! My husband told him to take the first glass back & the guy refused pushing back at him that if fell to the ground. The guy at the window then proceeded to throw the next glass of pop as my husband driver's door. My husband went inside & asked to speak with the manager, it was the same person at the driver thru window. He again was told NO Refund on food! My husband, then said all he wanted was the 2 pops with less ice(there was hardly any pop, all ice) or his money back on them, he was willing to pay more for the 2 burgers and 2 fries, but the Manager refused again. Needless to say, the bag of food got shoved around and it ended up out of the bag and on the counter. The so-called Manager refused a Refund or to make things RIGHT. We Lost our $23.30 and Wendy's Customer Complaint, said they will forward the situation to that franchise and has requested a refund. Doubt we will get our money back as told. Where is Customer Service and making things right! Instead we are told that's how it is. We will not be going back to...

I have never had such terrible service before.
I pulled into the drive-thru and sat waiting for someone to take my order for several minutes. I was the only person in line. Eventually I pulled forward thinking maybe their speaker was broken. There was a girl standing near the window but she intentionally ignored me. It was painfully obvious she was avoiding looking at me despite the fact that she was wearing the headphones to take orders.
I confirmed that they were indeed open and drove around to the ordering speaker again. Again, I waited for several minutes and again had no communication from staff. I eventually pulled forward to see the same girl. Still no luck. BUT, a gentleman opened the window and admitted that they were open. I explained to him what happened and heard him tell the girl that she needed to take orders. She responded that I would just have to pull around AGAIN!
Fine! However, this time there were 2 other cars in front of me when I pulled around. I settled in to place my order. It took another 15 minutes before I made it up to the speaker. (They weren't ready to take my order for more than another 5 minutes).
