Read moreI am extremely dissatisfied with the attitude I received here. I arrived at the restaurant with my husband, his mother, and our two children and there was a wait (because it was busy which is understandable on a Sunday.) After waiting for 20+ minutes to be seated, we then ended up waiting about 10 minutes for our order to be taken and waited another 20 minutes for food to be brought to the table. Through all of this waiting, our toddler grew quite agitated and, as toddlers do, she became upset and started fussing. By the time our food came she was inconsolable, and I hadn't taken more than 2 bites of my omelet (which was brown and over cooked) when the manager came over to my table, put her arms around me and her hand on my daughter and told me that I needed to leave the restaurant because my child was being too loud. I am appalled that not only was I not given the opportunity to calm my child, who was behaving as any hungry toddler who'd been waiting for nearly an hour for breakfast would behave, but that this woman who is all but a stranger had the nerve to touch my child and me. I will NOT be visiting this New Beginnings Restaurant ever again, as clearly they not the family friendly establishment that they...
Read moreI've been there maybe 4 times. The last 2 times were just awful. My buddy said he didn't ever want to go back, but I decided to try it once more with my wife because it's near our home. It took a very long time to get an order taken. We had to ask for silverware and coffee cream (should both be on the table). It took a long time to get our food. When it came it was the wrong food. The server did not once ask us if we needed anything. Not even a warm up on coffee. The food was only average if even that good. My meal was over $10 for breakfast. I could had gone to a chain fast food place for half and had better food and service than what this was. Generally unfriendly place too. 4 times is enough and we won't be back. After all, there are a lot of other choices around here.
Wake up restaurant owners! You can't get away with substandard service anymore because the information...
