Sal’s NY Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Georgetown

Italian food as good as it gets. Chicken Parm & Eggplant Parm both with spaghetti. Got a couple of Meatballs as a side, Tiramisu and a Canoli for dessert.

Both mains were exceptional and beat any similar dishes at the go to Italian spots in Austin, Round Rock and Georgetown. Portion sizes were very substantial - nothing better than leftover Italian. The meatballs were juicy and the container was full of an amazingly good sauce.

The menu is limited but what we had warrants more visits.

For people who live up north, Sal’s is a must visit. For those who live south, it’s worth the drive.

My brother and I each split the meatball parm and Italian sausage and peppers subs for a Thursday lunch... both phenomenal!! Generous portions, high quality ingredients (the bread held up perfectly on a to-go order and the grilled sausage was especially chef's kiss. Sal was a really nice guy, too. Willis definitely track him down again!...
