The negative reviews are interesting because they are exactly what my husband and I experienced. This local small business replaced for us Dairy Queen until a visit one afternoon 9 months ago when other customers who arrived AFTER us were helped as we stood in surprise at the counter. We walked out and haven't returned which is sad. Although the workers on our previous visits were never friendly and acted bothered to serve us, their behavior was tolerable because the ice cream and other items we bought were always good. After not being served and walking out, we haven't returned. If more months go by and it seems the owners have made some positive changed, we will try the place again. Looking for something to satisfy my sweet tooth and beat the 90°weather. I just happened to come across this place! Yo, I love the fact it's soo clean, the fresh fruits and different snack items was crazy! The strawberry sundae with actual chunks of cheese cake in it was tasty! Then the fresas con crema, with the condensed milk almost had me destroying the whole cup! The granola gave it a nice crunch, and sweetness with a little tart from the strawberries. if i could i would give this a 0 stars. i’m sorry and i’m not the type to bash small businesses but i am actually very disappointed and disgusted. I went in to get a hot cheetos esquite and my tray literally had an open/used bandage. that’s disgusting and unsanitary. the strawberry cheesecake thing i also got had hair in it. i would’ve take a picture but it was in the moment so i didn’t get a picture. i understand things happen but this was really really too far with the bandage i’m disgusted. and on top of that we walked in at 8:20 and we got out at 8:30 and the lady closed and locked the door once we walked out when i know they close at 9 which i don’t blame but come on .....
