AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This was hands down the worst dining experience I've ever had. The place may claim to serve Mediterranean food, but the only thing I got a taste of was filth and disrespect.

First off, the bathrooms were disgusting—looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The stench alone was enough to make me lose my appetite. But I figured, "Maybe the food will make up for it." Big mistake.

The utensils were dirty and greasy, as if they had just been wiped down with a used napkin. When I asked for clean ones, the staff rolled their eyes and rudely tossed another set on the table—just as filthy!

And speaking of the staff… I’ve never encountered such abusive, rude, and unprofessional behavior in a restaurant. They acted like customers were an inconvenience. One waiter mocked me for asking about hot sauce (seriously?!) and another actually yelled in front of kids when simply asked about the order.

By the time the food arrived (after an eternity), it was bland, cold, and looked completely unappetizing. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if it had been sitting out all day. The meat was not even cooked and i saw the worst kababs ever.

I left without finishing my meal because no amount of hunger is worth enduring this disaster of a restaurant. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE.

UPDATE to reply on Owner's dishonest reply here* Replying to this business's fake response on my review, This absolutely is correct place for which I have added review. Your restaurant cant hide in the gas station complex. You are lying again that your restaurant and bathroom is clean, or may be your way of looking at cleanliness standards is way low compared to any other decent restaurant in Cumming. You are again lying that you only have a lady server, You have another server male. And both are rude and misbehaving. You should be ashamed of such dishonesty. A family will look for good service, food and facility when they go to eat out and you have failed miserably in all departments. Shame on you.

Hey! It’s 2025 and I still haven’t been back. Just like a mirror, you break it it’s 7 years… except I’m not going back until it changes hands. UPDATE 05/05/22 - Finally went back. I guess they changed their policy about putting couples in the middle of the room. Now the food isn't as good as it used to be. I'll just assume it was a slow day and the kitchen was not firing on all cylinders. Still not changing the Star Rating. Will try again in a few months, or maybe a year. UPDATE 10/24/21 - We’ll, it’s been 2 years, and I still haven’t been back. Just goes to show how treating poorly is a really bad business model. UPDATE 11/2020 - Still haven't been back. This place has been around for years, and we used to come for dinner quite often, but lately (11/2018), the food is just “ok”. the biggest problem is the way they treat their customers. If your a couple, tell them you have 3 in your party or they’ll stick you in the tiny tables in the middle of the room where there is absolutely no privacy. No matter if every other table is empty, and then they’ll lie about people have reservations who will be sitting at the other tables... who mysteriously never show up... Don’t feel bad about lying to them, because they don’t hesitate to lie to you. Customer service is the most important thing about any business no matter if the food is good or not. If you’re looking for authentic Mediterranean beware this is not the place !! Idon’t know why this place has a high rating. This is one of the worst Mediterranean restaurants I’ve been to. I ordered the spicy chicken kabob. Chicken was just drenched in sriracha / hot sauce and overpowering the taste. Lentil soup is definitely canned and not made in kitchen. You can tell by the taste. Price was 20$ for the plate and I had better tasting and higher quality food for the same price

Rice was ok. I had the sautéed veggies as the side which was fine too. But let’s be real it isn’t hard to make a side of veggies and rice. Service is very slow and restaurant was not even half full. Took more than 45 minutes to get my order which only had one item. Won’t be back here. Will not recommend. I’d rather recommend to go to Jerusalem Bakery and Grill and they serve absolutely delicious Mediterranean food over there.

Edit: This is in response to the owner. Before you start talking about authentic greek food, please first try and taste greek food at other restaurants in the area. The waiter took more than 15 minutes to even get my order to start with. By the time my food arrived it was about 45 min since I arrived at the restaurant. Also, tips are not mandatory. Tips are provided by customers if they like the service and the food and not to mention the taste of the food is not on par for the price charged.
