Bullfrogs Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Georgia

Visited with coworkers on a Wednesday after a team building exercise. It was a group of 14 with a reservation and few, if any, other customers in the restaurant. From start to finish the service was disappointing. I ordered a poolside punch and the drink I received was good, however not what I ordered. My other coworker ordered it straight from the bar and hers was blue while mine was pink. Next, an appetizer was left off the order. No big deal, however we could hear someone in the kitchen, who I assume was our waitress, stating we "added" an appetizer, which was not the case. It was left off. Finally, I realized after our orders were taken that I was never asked how I wanted my steak. I notified our waitress that I didn't remember giving it to her and she said "I got it" and kept removing dishes from the table. My steak came out medium well, which I never order at any restaurant. When I questioned her, she said it was what I ordered. My issue is not with mistakes because I know a 14 top can be difficult to handle. It's accountability. Not once did she apologize for her mistakes or offer a solution. Just pretended they never happened. My overall experience was repeatedly overshadowed by her lack of professionalism. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable dining experience at Bullfrogs Bar & Grille, located inside the beautiful Legacy at Lanier Islands Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and incredible service. We were lucky to be served by Fabi and Steve, who were absolutely phenomenal throughout the evening. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Their service was the perfect combination of professionalism and warmth, they checked on us just the right amount, offered great recommendations, and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. We ordered the salmon, and it was truly outstanding perfectly cooked, fresh, and full of flavor. You could taste the quality in every bite. The presentation was beautiful, and the portion size was just right. Combined with the cozy yet vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant, it made for a perfect night out. The setting at Legacy Lanier Islands added to the experience — a beautiful location, relaxing vibes, and the perfect place for a romantic dinner or special occasion. The place is nice, food was pretty good, but service was blah! It took our waiter no exaggeration about 30 minutes plus to initially come to us. The greeter had to come apologize for the wait but I was confused because there was barely anyone else in the restaurant well from what I could see besides the bar there was one other table. We arrived at 9:15pm our waiter took our order at 10pm and we didn’t get our food until about 10:45pm. We didn’t complain because my bf and I was having a good time talking. It was really hot but they accommodated us and turned on the fans. They also was out of a lot that was on the menu which was a bummer since the menu already isn’t that big. The prices were insanely high in my opinion especially for the service and experience.
