I’ve been into this Burger King a few times because I live right down the road. For being a brand new establishment it is ran extremely poor and I don’t really expect much from a Burger King but these employees are extra slow and awful. The first bad experience I had at this place was when I walked in from getting gas and decided to get an iced coffee. It took so long and every one of the staff was rude. There was also an employee that was trying to clock in and they told him he was already fired and didn’t work there anymore. It was a chaotic mess just for a cup of coffee. The second extremely bad experience I had at this location was just a few days ago. I came to the drive-through and ordered a double whopper with cheese combo meal. From the time I ordered till the time I paid was probably a solid 15 minutes. They clearly did not have it together inside. Of course, I forgot to check the bag and when I got home I noticed, they gave me a regular hamburger with no cheese. Not even a double. I paid over $9 for this combo so, I called the restaurant and the person that answered was really rude. I tried to explain what happened and they cut me off and asked if I had my receipt. They never actually gave me a receipt so, I told him I did not have a receipt and was not given one. They informed me that without receipt they cannot help me and hung up the phone. Do yourself a favor and hit the Chick-fil-A on Thorton rd. There may be a car line wrapped around the building but you get what you pay for and their staff is always extremely nice and helpful. Read moreMy father ordered food for our family through Burger King website and they work with door dash to delivery. Well here comes the delivery guy and said here’s your wopper and drink. My dad like no i order kids meals two chicken sandwiches etc which way a total of $38 and some change. The guy said oh I gave your order to someone else call Burger King and let them know. That’s there problem. So my dad calls BK no one answer. Decides to drive down they tell him oh let me fix that for you but realized how big the order was. Then said we can’t help you it’s door dash problem. My dad asked for corporate number and she said she’s not allowed to give it to him. He asked what is your name. Not allowed to give him that info either. Sooooo what now?? No food no money return just bad service!!! My father has diabetes and my kids are left hungry because no one wants to take responsibility!!! I’m so upset with the manger. They could have fixed the problem right when my dad showed up there! Who ever this manger is working Saturday night at 9 pm needs to get fired!! Never order from bk again!!! This is 2022 where the hell is the good customer service at?? One Of The Worst Burger Kings!
Pros: The food is as good as any BK Over all nice employees
Cons: Slow Service: Always Soooo Slow with Filling Orders. This is regardless of time of day. Breakfast time, slow. Lunch time, slow. Dinner time, slow. You need to a lot an extra 10 minutes when going to this Burger King. Regularly Closes Early: Their own published times do not mean much at this particular location. My wife went there to grab some dinner (around 7 p.m.) and they were closed. They didn't even bother to put up a handwritten note on the drive-thru menu on the front door. I went by this evening 9:50 p.m. and the drive-thru was closed. They're not scheduled to close...
