Manager hung up on my face and refused to make my food because the address is wrong on the website. I was supposed to pick it up at 1:00 didn’t get it until 3pm and everything was cold. Very unprofessional and that’s why she’s stuck in the position she’s in. Miserable with her life and can’t grow because she doesn’t know how to talk to people! She needs to be fired! I’ll be waiting on that email from corporate that I was promised today!
Update so corporate reached out to me and told me to take my receipt back to the restaurant. They questioned me like they didn’t believe my name was my name…they told me they needed to talk to the boss about remaking my food even though after giving them my name they said they automatically knew about my situation. They lady closed the window and started talking to another lady. )gossiping. I’m not eating this food either because why would I trust someone that’s rude to me to make my food? I’m starting to think they don’t like people of color because they treated the person behind me that’s not a person of color so kind and gentle. I want a gift card for $20 (what I paid for my food) in return so I can go to another captain ds that I can trust to make my food. I feel like they would spit in it. Then she didn’t make the whole meal over. I had two fish sandwich meals she came back with just two sandwiches. said it was all she was authorized to give. Read moreThe visit started off well, the cashier that took our order was mannerly and attentive. He took our orders and asked if we wanted it for here or to go, we said "here". When the food was brought to our table by a lady, it was all in a bunch of to go boxes (there was 5 of us). I had to afd a table to our table for everything to fit. I went up to the counter to ask her for our drinks because we never got them. She asked "oh well what did you order?" So I had to go ask everyone what drink they ordered and get them. I also asked if they stopped using plates because our order was for here, and she said "oh well there's only 2 of us here." I guess the guy that took our order left, because it was her and a cook. At some point I had to go back and ask for one of my kids' corn on the cob to be put on a stick like the other child because he burnt himself trying to take the stickless cob out the bag full of scalding water. Also all the mac and cheese was cold. When we left we notice actual plates at the plate drop next to the trash can and I'm pretty sure the guy that took our order and a few other staff members were hanging out in the parking lot smoking... maybe they should have been working. Really the worst experience at Captain Ds ever! Made fir a horrible kick off dinner for our spring break, wish we would have went...
Read moreI don't give it any stars. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. When we finally got it. It was cold. The cashier acted like he couldn't hear us. Our drinks were mixed soda cause whoever hooked them up did it wrong. And they didn't want to fix it. When the manager Shawn came on duty he had his hands full. He fixed our drinks. During our 2 hour trying to eat we watched the cashier get cussed out four different times. One man cussed him twice due to his food being served cold both times. The cashier were handling money then serving drinks and opening the boxes of food. Plus touching there face and leaning on the counter. Without gloves or washing there hands. This places is nasty and very slow. When we tryed to call the district manager to complain his phone went straight to voicemail. So he must know just how bad this place is. Needless to say we tryed to eat our food. But it was just to cold. And they would not make us more food or give us our money back all the cashier would say is we are short handed today.
