I am really shocked at how i was treated at this location after coming here for 12 years.. i came tonight and ordered 2 burritos and 2 orders of the new rattlesnake fries and the first time around was given the wrong order cause they gave me plain fries so i come back again and was really nice and thanked them and they were very sweet about it, i get halfway home and realized i was given the wrong order yet again so i come back a second time and i even apologized and thanked them for correcting it and they were really nice still. I get home and the fries were not only cold but were frozen still in the middle.. my sister called in rightfully upset and the manager was extremely rude about it and she asked if we can please just get the correct order and he said yes come back. So now i come back a FOURTH time and i pull up and some yells "yep she's back again its her" and the manger comes up to the window shaking his head at me while i explained what was wrong and says "yeah i got you" and slams the window shut shaking his head and glaring at me like i was crazy?? The cashier who helped me the first 3 times comes up with my food and is clearly frustrated with me and upset he hands me my food not saying a word to me this time and i said thank you again and i was the one who apologized for what happened and he looked at me and said yeah okay and closes the window still looking at me crazy. So not only did they give me the wrong order three times but was upset with ME for just wanting the right food i paid for?? Why was i the one having to apologize four times when they should have been apologizing to me for having to come back four times? I teared up honestly because they were so rude to me when i had been so nice and understanding all four times and i was left dumbfounded holding my bag at the window because i was treated like some crazy lady coming back again but they were the ones who gave me the wrong food TWICE and then frozen food a third time. Not one apology, was treated absolutely rude by the manager and ths cashier and they were visibly frustrated with me when i was exceptionally being nice and was never once rude or irate i even told them i was sorry for coming back again but my food was frozen and the reason i came back the first TWO times was because they gave me the wrong order. I can understand kind of if i was acting rude or irate but i was actually being way too nice about it and in turn they treated me terribly when they messed up. So...
Read moreI got stuck in line before realizing the box was broken, so they wanted us to drive up to the window. I spent 45 minutes stuck in this line, , the girl at the window didn’t even know the menu because she was so new, which is not her fault. He manager sat there doing absolutely nothing to help her. She couldn’t figure out my order. Finally, he came over and I tried to order the southwest chicken lunch wrap. They didn’t have the extra large tortillas to make it. So I ask the manager if I can just put what is on the lunch wrap, onto a burrito. He says yes and then walks away, without helping the poor girl type it in. So she just looks at me and tells me she rang me up a bean burrito. And then she gets even more confused and makes him come back. So I ask him again, for the stuff that comes in the lunch wrap, in a burrito. “Oh we don’t have tortilla strips either.” Ok. Just give me 3 of those burritos without the strips, and then I need a hard shell beef taco and two orders of chips and cheese. At 50 minutes waiting in this drive thru, and without the ability to make what I ordered, I still had to pay full price for my order and received no compensation for the inconvenience. I get home, no hard shell taco, no chips, no cheese. So I am missing half the items I PAID for, after waiting an hour. Got there at 9:27, left at 10:20. This is the worst Taco Bell. We waited for a very long time while we heard a female employee loudly complaining about a large order which we... assume was ours? Numerous mentions of it. However, we appreciated that she seemed to be telling the others to ensure they double check it. Therefore, I'm positive that our order was double-checked. With that out of the way, let's see how they did on a simple, double checked order with only 1 item modified:
strawberry lemonade had no strawberry nuggets had no sauce bean burrito was to have no onions, and we paid extra to add guac. Guess what? Lots of onions, no guac. chips and cheese was just cheese. No chips. no 'box' for either box meals. Not the worst but annoying to have to sort it myself to give it to the other individual I picked it up for.
Like, what a joke. Maybe try triple checking or quadruple checking if you can look twice at this order and screw up SO much. How annoying it is to spend money at a place and have so many things incorrect...
