Coastal Coffee — Restaurant in Georgia

I don't usually review places but my experience at Costal Coffee, Café, and Catering Co. (hereafter CCC&CC) compels me to share. First off, the name? Absolutely brilliant, no notes. Secondly, I had a literal religious experience today; I got the club sandwich and it was divine. Buttery, thicc toast, MEATS, avocado, and arugula (?) combined and brought me to a new perception of reality. Do not miss this sandwich. I asked the lovely employee (I did not catch her name because my mind is a colander for names; her hair was dual-toned and she was excellent) for, "whatever pastry she recommended," because I like to live on the edge. She delivered, what can only be described as, the warmest, cinnemon-est, softest, and most yummiest cinnemon roll of my life; the frosting, the perfect amount, had a unique, maybe yogurt (?) base - whatever it was, you must try it. I bought a mug because I want to treasure the memories I made this morning for the rest of my life; when I'm on my death bed, I'll send my nurses to Georgia to partake of the blessed cuisine that...

Coastal Coffee is a nice little spot if you are looking for a relaxed marina vibe. The view and atmosphere make it an enjoyable stop, and the coffee itself is solid enough for most people to enjoy.

That said, if you are a true coffee snob, this probably is not the place that will wow you. My biggest gripe is that they do not serve drinks in glass or ceramic mugs, only to go cups, which takes away from the café experience.

Overall, it is a pleasant stop if you want a casual coffee by the water, but not the place to go if you are chasing a high end specialty...

Stopped by for a cup of coffee and some breakfast on our way home after a short visit. Great location in the Marina. Walking in the atmosphere is welcoming with comfortable couch and easy chair seating by the window and plenty of tables to sit at to eat. Service was excellent and items were prepared just for us. I had the lox, cream cheese everything bagel, my wife had the cinnamon roll. Also had a large coffee, everything tasted great. I wish I could make coffee as smooth as the cup I had....
