Cowabunga Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

Just left dominos #5717 in Newnan, Georgia. We did curbside pickup. They stopped the timer at 29 seconds. It was at least 3 more minutes before they came out. You know, the timer for the free pizza on next visit if they don’t bring out in two minutes or less? When I asked Dalton if I could get my free pizza for next time he said no. I said but y’all stopped the timer and it’s been like 5 minutes that we were here for. He was completely rude when I questioned him and walked away before I was done asking him why I couldn’t have my free pizza. They were busy and I understand that but don’t implement something you don’t intend to use. Aren’t you suppose to make it up to the customer? Apologize? And make them happy? Yes, I used to work for Dominos. I know the tactics and work ethic that should have been in place. Dalton is a poor example of a team member. We will not be a customer there any longer. This company ownes a lot of Dominos Pizzas. Worst experience trying to get pizza! Haven’t ordered from Dominos in yeeaaarrs, but since they had the 20% off decided to order one Friday night. 1.5 hours after I placed the order I started wonder where it was. I spent over 40 mins on hold but no one picked up. I sent and email…nothing. Could not get help in any way! 2.5 hours later (after I had already cooked something else) pizza arrives. I asked the driver when the pizza was made he said 2.5 hours ago. 😒😒 I sent it back and got an email the next day that I just assumed included a refund for food we SENT BACK! I was wrong, they offered a coupon. I will wind up having to now waste time and money DRIVING to the store because regardless of what time or day I call..they don’t ANSWER THE PHONE!

I just had the worst Pizza of my life. Even little ceasers pepperoni pizza is much better than this Dominos large pizza. Pure lazylines on the 6 person staff when I arrived to pick up my pizza. They immediately started making excuses for the dough and the pizza. As soon as they open the box I asked which one was too lazy to pop bubbles because of the soft ball size craters. They tried to cover it up by saying it's the new proof free dough. Not - they stretched a med dough for a large pizza, did not pop bubbles and pulled the pizza early.
