This is a super quaint very clean southern Diner. They serve BBQ fresh! They have a barbecue pit smoker box in the back. Their breakfast is fantastic good pricing. Everything is homemade fresh everyday. Love the traditional gingham check red and white tablecloths and Captain barrel chairs. This is located right next door to Chevron. There is also a Domino's in the plaza as well. They do have a drive-thru. I took a picture of the menu. Posted below. You also have options you can eat on a traditional plate and have a traditional cup for your coffee or you can have a styrofoam takeout and a take-out cup for your coffee. Pricing is very good and a great lunch special pictured below. May I dare to suggest catering!

So happy we found this precious gem! The Owners are super nice and the food is even better! Our very first time here and it will NOT be our last! I have been searching for a good soul food place in Gwinnett county and this is it! We missed breakfast (which I heard is amazing by the way) but the lunch definitely did not disappoint. They open early and close early but it’s worth waking up for! I have 0 complaints from service to food! The entire staff was welcoming and made me feel like I was back home in Athens,Ga! This is my new little place!

I've been here before and I think they really shine at breakfast. The BBQ plate of pulled pork and 2 sides was nothing special. Canned greenbeans with a distinct lack of anything special as well as a rather bland Brunswick stew that really disappointed since it's one of my favorite things to judge a bbq joint by. The pulled pork passable and I think their sauces just come straight from bottles. Carolina BBQ sauce seemed very similar to Cattlemans Carolina gold. Simply come for breakfast, skip lunch.

If you're looking for the epitome of Southern comfort food, Dicky Doo’s Diner is the place to be! Their breakfast is simply outstanding—always top-notch and consistently satisfying. Their bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits are the best I’ve ever had, and their cheese grits are equally exceptional. I bring all my friends and family here because it never disappoints. Momma Sue, behind the counter, is a true gem. Her warm smile and radiant personality bring a touch of sunshine to every visit.

The owner, Dicky, is the quintessential down-to-earth country gentleman, adding to the authentic charm of the diner. For Southern breakfast lovers, Dicky Doo’s is a must-visit. Their lunch menu is just as impressive. The ribs are incredibly tender, falling right off the bone, and the barbecue sandwiches are always spot-on. I’ve even used their catering service, which delivers the same delicious experience as dining in the restaurant. I cannot recommend Dicky Doo’s Diner highly enough for an exceptional...

We had lunch today. It was awful...meatloaf cold, corn very cold, biscuits certainly not homemade! At noon...per a very rude server.."no mashed potatoes left". When I asked when more mashed potatoes were to be replenished...she said loudly... "I said no mashed potatoes left". Husband got mac and cheese with his steak which he left most of his food also. Unfortunately , we threw away $15.00 of food!!! When we checked out, I asked for a copy of my bill and still do not have it! I inquired why the bill was so much above the 2 meals and the checker who acted very defensive said we charge for water. They actually had the nerve to ask if we needed a to go box...WOW. The table next to us did not eat their food either. I hope people read before they visit this place. Poor quality and Poor cutomer service!!!!!! I will never return and hope others...

Will be going here again, and often. Definitely my new favorite brunch spot diner!! So glad we stumbled upon this place just before closing which is 2:00pm, I'd suggest getting there by 12 for full menu options. Breakfast served til 10/10:30, all day on Saturdays and YAY for that!😊 We had the veggie plates. Squash casserole was so delicious and the lima beans and broccoli were both cooked to perfection and full of flavor! The turnip greens were good but lacked that amazing flavor that the other vegetables have. The cornbread was also really good and honestly THE BISCUITS AND ONION RINGS ARE THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD IM MY LIFE! And that's not an exaggeration. I'm telling you I will be going back here and it will be often and this will most likely be the only place I get onion rings...
