Customer service is terrible at best. Waited 15 minutes for curbside pickup. After 2 minutes the app notified me that they missed the time limit and I was getting a free pizza. After 15 minutes I called the store and spoke with the shift manager Dre. He then proceeded to argue with me that I never hit the button in the app to notify them that I was there, even though I had proof that I had by way of the notification of the free pizza from the app. After leaving me on hold for 5 minutes, he comes back on and says they didn't show me checked in. I said the red truck with the hazards on right in front of the store. You can see me from the store. He said I could come in to pick it up. I said no, I wanted the curbside service I had requested and he hung up. He eventually brought the order which included 3 garlic, a buffalo and blue cheese sauces. He said they were out of buffalo and blue cheese so he handed us 2 garlic's and a sweet habanero stating that's all they had. When I called back asking for a refund of the sauces I paid for, he said to come back up to the store to get my refund of approx $4.(with a broken ankle and 4 kids this was impossible) When I asked for his name he refused to give it stating he had no obligation to do so, never even apologized or took any responsibility and continued to blame me. (I acquired his name through a fellow coworker via secondary call) I will not be going back to this store. This was a deplorable way to be treated, especially in light of having a broken ankle. This was not even the bare minimum of customer service. The food was cooked with the same professionalism I assure you. With rubbery chicken and a hand tossed that looked like a thin crust on one side and the entire order was cold from sitting so long. Don't waist your time. There are much better options...
Read moreI wouldn’t recommend. I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with your service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend your store based on the issues we encountered with our order.
First, we called multiple times to address an error with our order, but each time we were left on hold for an extended period without no follow-up. This lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional.
In addition, the quality of our food was far below expectations. The wings we received were undercooked, with blood still visible inside, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, we did not request any ranch on the wings, yet it was added without our consent.
As for the pizza, it was poorly prepared. The crust was deflated on the sides, and the toppings were unevenly distributed. One half of the pizza was covered with toppings, while the other half was just melted cheese, which made for a very unsatisfying meal.
I am truly disappointed with the overall experience, and I hope that this issue can be resolved. I look forward to your prompt attention...
Read moreI have never put a review on anything at all. But man the manger at this location is the worst I have ever seen. I waited a total of two hours for my pizza one at home then they said they had no drivers so I went to pick it up my self and waited another hour. When I asked the manger how much longer he get mad and told me “ to make my own pizza if I want”. Then he told me i had to wait until he wanted . The other employee offered to help me get my order and the manger said “ Na he can wait if he wants but don’t talk to him”. There was 4 people outside waiting for there pizza and told them all that orders are cancelled and that they were closed. They have to close at 12am and they closed at 9:30 so no one else could go in . The manger threatened to call the cops on another customer. I don’t know how this guy has a job but by far the worst place I have ever ate at and I’m going to make sure a lot of people find out just what kind of employees work at dominos and I have a video of that day.
