This location has very horrible customer service. Last night my boyfriend ordered a pizza for us and I usually do it within the app but this time he insisted on his own. Which was no worries he put the order in around 830 pm and we waited. We understand due to covid it may take longer than usual for Delivery which Domino's has always provided the app with a tracker which we used and we always ask for them to call when they arrive because we live in a apartment in the back on the building. We complained and chose the free pizza but still wanted the one we paid for. Which once again not our first time ordering I have complained before but missed out on ordering the free pizza. This time no one called upon arrival and the tracker said pizza was delivered, which it was never delivered. We immediately called this location to inform them that our pizza was not delivered according to the tracker to the correct person , if they could come back or deliver another pizza. After 6 repeated calls, being hung up on and telling them how to do their job correctly. My boyfriend proceeded to go up their and ask for a refund because he was fed up and hungry. They begin to tell us that they couldn't give us a refund nor a pizza and we explained we never received the pizza and that was not his signature. So the manager explained to us that we needed to call our bank to dispute the charge. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years and have never been so disturbed in my life that customer service can not be given with respect. He felt so disrespected and upset although he was not right to do the same but its very upsetting to call our bank to tell us the charge has to be closed before they can do anything until they finish processing the order. Read moreThis evening we ordered 2 pizza at 8:11pm. The app advise that the order would be delivered in 45 minutes we didn't get our pizza until 2 hours later but the sad part was not that it was not ready but because it was in the delivery car of one of the only 2 drivers they had working so it took my pizza 1 hour and 15 minds from the time it left the store to get to my door and I literally live 6 minutes away. I called the store and spoke with a Shaquna who advised she only had 2 drivers and it is coming. I asked would they be hot and she told me yes. Babbbby the box was hot but the pizzas inside was like eating cardboard. I'm very disappointed with Domino's. Cause the lack of help should never and I mean NEVER mean lack of service. If I could make a suggestion, if you don't want to add these delivery apps to your platform then deliver a few orders at a time, you only are working with a certain area anyways. I rather have my pizza hot and melting than cold and hard any day. That I don't mind waiting for, but to wait for cold pizza is ridiculous. I get it. Now, I want to start off with saying that I work in customer care so I know how customers are supposed to be treated. today I went to my local Domino’s store that I always go to because it’s four minutes from my house and I went to order the same thing that I always get. The manager ALISHA is highly unprofessional, very rude and disrespectful. She refused to add extra Alfredo sauce to my pasta and lyingly added that it was against the company policy, which I know is not true because I myself actually used to work at a Domino’s. After I explained to her that I always get extra Alfredo sauce at this location, she continued to deny me of what I was asking for and proceeded to call me out of my name, making fun of the way I looked while telling me to leave the store and threatening to call the police on me “if I wasn’t making an order…” As if I wasn’t trying to make an order already that she was denying me of! She is crazy and intolerable, and is not capable of being a professional manager. ALISHA or however you spell her name, NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED ASAP!
