NaTasha Collins was the name I was given for General Manager for the Popeyes on Mabelton Pkwy in Mabelton GA The manager on duty was a very short very heavy set female with glasses. Her name tag said Tasha. She was RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL, AND JUST OUT RIGHT CRASS. It took All my Good Sense to not give Ms Tasha what she was giving me. I ordered a #3 which is the classic chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese , ff and a strawberry fanta. When I got the sandwich and fries it was not 141 degrees (iykyk). So of course I took it back inside to maybe get hot food, once inside Ms Tasha made a phone call on her personal phone call as soon as I approached the counter, and started saying into the phone that she couldn't hear the person then proceeded to Open My bag without speaking a single word to me. Then suddenly she says what's wrong with you this holding My bag. I simply told her the food was not hot to which she took the sandwich out touched it like she was taking someone's fever. I'm sure in the Serve Safe management class they don't teach the fever method. I did get a refund however, My Goal was to get a chicken sandwich and fries that were at least 141 degrees With All that being said. DO BETTER. Nicole answered the phone when I called to ask for the GM although the voice that answered the phone the the same voice that told me that My food was hot when she took it's temperatures with her hand. Read moreThe worst experience I've had at this location, where previously I've had a good experience. First, the manager (Nicole) closed out the drawer of the cashier as I approached to order. No explanation, no indication of how long I was going to wait, no indication of when I could place the order. No explanation of why the cashier's station was closed as I waited for 5 mins. Then, I asked the cashier whose drawer was closed could I place the order. The woman looked over to the other cashier saying "he'll take your order" , pointing over to the young man spending an unbelievable amount of time counting out his drawer, which he had been doing the whole 5 mins I'd been waiting for someone to take my order. The manager and other staff saw me standing there, as I waited another 5 mins until the young man counting his drawer told "Nicole" there was a discrepancy in the amount. Then I left. Why the fresh hell did the clueless manager Nicole NOT wait to close out the other cashier's drawer UNTIL the cashier coming on duty had finished counting HIS drawer, THEN close out the other drawer? I was going to spend at least $10 at your location, but had to get to work, and couldn't wait any longer. Your supervisors need supervision and training to know how to provide customer service. Read moreWhen I first started coming here I had a great experience, down the line as months passed every time I went , there was new staff. I work in customer service and would never treat any of my customers the way this place does. When you first arrive at the window they are sooo rude and disrespectful , they never have what they should sale on the menu. The staff seems really unhappy and isn't afraid to express it . One day I came here to give this place one last try .. omg why did I? My red beans and rice was cold and tasted really old, my chicken was stale and seems as though it was sitting all day. All they had was breast left and did not even ask would I like to wait until the other options are done. This day was the first day I used a coupon, I arrived at the window and they lady states " why didn't I tell her I was using a coupon , now she has to ring it all over again!!!" Sooo rude man. And I'm not bougie, we all have our bad days but this location is horrible. I've been working in customer service over five years and would never act this way or even want to work for a location like this. Those people in there do not care ... I wish I could call a secret shopper in the for the owner so they can see what's going in in their establishment. I now visit the location off of thorton road and they are awesome to the T.
