Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

I placed a timed order the previous day scheduled to be delivered at 6:30pm with delivery instructions to call when they’re on the way bc they always get lost. I called at 6:25pm because I hadn’t received a call. The guy on the phone said it was just then being put in the oven. I called back because it was 6:45pm and it’s still not here. He said that it’s on the way but all the drivers are on triples so probably another 10-15 minutes before it gets here. I told him we are at a party with hungry kids waiting and he said yeah probably about 20-25 more minutes. I asked so timed orders don’t really matter then? He said they’re only consistent for carry outs not deliveries. The driver shows up at 7pm. He was driving extremely fast up next to where kids were playing. He was rude and said he got lost. It was in the delivery instructions and I reminded the guy at the store to have him call on his way so he didn’t get lost. We told the driver that’s why it said to call first and he just copped an attitude. The food arrived cold. We have bad experiences 9/10 times from this store but this was by far the worst. We will go back to ordering carry out from the Scranton store and driving to get it, they’re at least...

I had the pleasure to visit this location 021821 around 5pm. Made my walk-in order and was told the amount - then was told a much less amount due to a coupon the gal had looked up for me. I never thought of a coupon, but she did and she didn't have to. Next, the gal in the back which I will call the cook or "a cook", since they appear to do it all (i.e., delivery, cashier, "cook", probably sweep and mop also,...anyway), when I come in to pick-up the pizza she said she wasn't satisfied with the way the cheese looked as it was melting and then said she didn't like the way the whole pizza looked. She told me she was gonna re-make the pizza and give me both. She didn't have to do that. What they did (or didnt do) would have been completely un-noticed by me, but they noticed it. That is great representation of the business. They both are a true compliment to the business name, "Dominoes Pizza". If I was undercover boss, I would offer both of them...

We hadn’t ordered from this Domino’s in over five years because of how bad it was. We finally gave it another shot, thinking things must’ve improved by now. Nope, still awful. It took over an hour for delivery, even though we live just 8 minutes away. The worst part? The tracker said the pizza was on the road for over an hour. That’s not just late, that’s lazy. We even had to call the store to make sure the order wasn’t forgotten, and all we got was, “The driver is still on the road.” When the food finally arrived, it was cold. Not lukewarm, cold. The pizza was greasy, the toppings tasted old, and the cheese had hardened in spots. It looked like it had been sitting around forever. The Coke was barely room temp. Honestly, one of the worst delivery meals we’ve ever had. Save yourself the disappointment and skip this location. It hasn’t changed, and clearly...
