I do not understand how this place is still operating and turning a profit. The service here is abysmal. The employees obviously do not take any kind of pride in their jobs, and seem not to want to be there. My husband ordered pizza one evening last week on the Domino's app. When he went to pick up the pizza, the power was off. Not a big deal, it happens. The manager on duty at the time told him that he would get a refund on his credit card, that he only needed to leave his name and phone number so she could issue the refund once the power came back on. My husband asked for something in writing stating that we would be getting the refund, but she was unable to provide anything in writing due to the printer not working (power off). Didnt make sense, considering she took down his name and number, but ok. A week later, and the charge is still on his credit card. He calls to let them know that the charge is still there and was told by a very rude manager, Jamie, that he would have to come to the store and show proof that we bought pizza that day. When he explained that the manager took down his information, she became hostile and told him that the person that was there that day was no longer there for other reasons, and he would have to bring proof. She did not offer any other options, like trying to find his information, asking other employees, trying to look it up in their system or anything, nor any apologies. She was very short and interrupted him repeatedly. He should not have to show proof for something that was not his fault, and if she had any kind of customer service, she would have actually looked into it instead of cutting him off and demanding the only way to fix it is to drive to the store and show proof. Once he was at the store, she continued being disrespectful. He asked if she was the manager and she said "yes". He then showed her the proof and told her he was there to get a refund. Without a word she snatches the money from the register and gives it to him. He tells her that he would like the owners name and contact information. She refused to give him the owners name and said "call 1800 dominos", then turned and walked away. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Corporate is also aware of this...
Read moreThis Domino's has been the biggest roller coaster ride over the last 6 years that I've lived in Barrow County. It's been great at times, god-awful at times and most recently, mediocre. If Jesse is preparing the food, you know it's going to be cooked and prepared right, instructions followed and pasta filled to the brim. I don't know who trained them, but Jesse is doing right and will go far if given the opportunity. They earned the three stars in this review and them alone. If Jamie is preparing the food, get ready to have a disaster pizza. The "extra," "light" and "normal" sauce options are for the level of drowned-ness in sauce the pizza will be. Either way, if Jamie is making it, it will be drowned in sauce and cheese haphazardly thrown on top with too much garlic butter poured on during quality check. The pasta is usually watery and lacks sauce... the 1/3rd of the bowl that's actually full, that is. If you order a sandwich, the bread will be stale and hurt your mouth if you try to chew the two bricks they disguised as the bread. Chicken, dry and poorly seasoned. So, all that to say, if Jamie is making your meal, just cancel it. This has been my experience over many months of ordering food from this location. The handful of times the other employees make the food are not memorable, just good enough.
Also, y'all's pizza cutter has been dull for quite a while.

Our pizzas have usually been undercooked or with the wrong ingredients. I was told to use the app and even when I did the order was wrong, they didn't even offer to compensate me for the incorrect order. Our pasta bowl orders usually have very little pasta. We have them many chances trying different methods each time. First two times where call ins then we did the app order that time it all came out great the second time we app ordered it was a complete mess, we attempted app order by pick up and it was still a mess. Even speaking with some lady who claimed to be the "store manager" she Dani my account had been compensated already before so she was not going to do anything else. Although Our account wasn't compensated, we had them come back out with a brand new order the first time we ordered because our food was all undercooked. They took the bad order and gave us the good order... she said that was our compensation the other dominos is only an extra two minutes away and they said they'd have no problem delivering to us. Already called corporate and put in complaints about this location. Please don't...
