Update: I went to the store this morning to speak to the store manager. The same woman identified herself as a store manager and told me that she did not deliver our pizzas because I hung up on her. I replied confused, that she hung up on me, and I could see she was about to have another tantrum as a result. I left the store without saying anything else as fast as I could and she chased me out taking pictures. @store owner.. What she did this morning constitutes harassment. I have tried to get in contact with you and corporate several times today. Please contact me ASAP. Thank you.
Our pizza took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive and they were both wrong and sloppy. When I first called it was because it had been 30min since the driver left the store and the ETA was 8min and it had not changed since.. We did the 911 stair climb today, and if there was an issue, we wanted to just come pick the order up because we were starving. The woman I spoke to wasn't rude so much as uncaring and annoyed I was wasting her time I guess. She didn't even say good bye after she told us the pizza was otw and hung up. Later, when I reported the concerns about the state of the pizzas, the same employee said "the pizza had 3 types of cheeses. What did you expect?" The concern was that the pizza took 40 minutes to arrive, both orders were incorrect and one of the orders had way too much mozzarella (The other two cheeses were feta and shredded Parmesan). I will add photos. I got upset at this point and she doubled down on blaiming me. She kept telling me that I was wrong and I was not respecting her rights and I was not giving her a chance to explain herself. I repeatedly told her that all I wanted her to do was to apologize for the mistake, move on and send us new pizzas (This review would be five stars had that happened). She just wouldn't stop the Jerry Springer tantrum. Finally she agreed and hung up. It has been 2hrs 25 mins since that phone call and we still have no pizza. We ordered around 6:20 and it is 10:05 at this moment. We have had no dinner and have to do more firefighter stuff. This pizza order ruined our night and cost us a lot more than $40. -no meat pizza had a random huge piece of sausage and all the seasoning in the middle -other pizza had too much sauce (dough was soggy), too many onions (Which weren't even supposed to be there in the first place), and too much mozzarella and no pepperoni. This pizza also look like it had flipped over in the box. The dog wouldn't even touch the pizza because of how many onions there were. -lava cakes were...
Read moreWell when I first moved to Tunnel Hill at the beginning of March , this Domino’s was the best one I had basically ever used. But over the last 2 to 3 months we have gotten at least 3 to 4 pizzas that were not cooked all the way. They are always very accommodating about remaking them and when they remake them they usually miraculously bake correctly. But when we called about this pizza tonight , the manager on duty informed us that this is the way that Domino’s bakes their pizzas ,same oven settings etc and if we are unhappy with the way that Domino’s bakes their pizzas then we should ask for them to run it through an extra time and bake it well done. I do not want a burnt, hard , well done pizza , I simply want my pizza baked , ( not raw ), you know the way Domino’s has always made it. I don’t know if this is due to new management , new employees or just not caring anymore. But this is unacceptable . This is the first bad review I have given this Domino’s, maybe I shouldn’t have given them so many chances and I should’ve took the pictures and made the review the first time it happened. Look closely at the photos you will notice the cheese that was under the very top of the layer was not even melted. Notice the raw dough and see how it stretches when I pluck it with the fork. That is not cheese people that is raw pizza dough !!! And yes my husband did look at the pizza, but he didn’t pull the slices apart and scrape the toppings off to reveal a barely room temperature middle and that’s giving it a lot of credit, he didn’t dissect the pizza to make sure they actually cooked it properly, You shouldn’t have to do that. If I wanted to pay to pick pizza up from a pizza establishment you can rest assured I didn’t plan on taking it home to cook it before I could...
Read moreUPDATING MY REVIEW: LEAVING THE OLD ONE ON THE END. CURRENTLY Nov 2018: When Hollies name shows up as the person making our pizza, it makes us smile because we know it will be made right and taste great! We have been customers for a very LONG time, and in the past we ordered at least 1 to 2 times per week, then there was a stretch of time that every other pizza we ordered was either not cooked long enough, or wasn't made correctly so we cut way back on ordering and had stopped for the most part. Then we decided to give it a try again and what we have noticed the last several months is that when it says Hollie is making your order, our pizza is much better! So we are always glad when it says Hollie is making our order! So who ever you are, keep up the good work and everyone should make pizza like Hollie does! Old review: Not too bad considering the only other choice I have is Papa Johns and they are nasty as #$!! , Domino's has better quality and about 4 out of 6 orders make it the way it was ordered. They do usually however send out a free replacement when it is not made correctlyb which lately has been pretty often. An I stopped ordering the handmade pan completely, which I loved the first time I got it, but after ordering several more it only came cooked correctly maybe 1 out of 5 or 6 times and the rest of the time it was so raw that it made me nauseated. The explanation I was given is that it is a hard pizza to cook. So maybe order it when u are picking...
