I placed my order on line to be delivered. I order a free pizza and the 5.99 deal. The free pizza came from a issue from a previous issue with my delivery. They had issue finding my address when the number of my apartment is right next to my door. So because of that issue I made sure to watch for my delivery. I track my order and it said my order was out for delivery. So now I'm expecting my delivery soon. I look and saw a black car I never seen before that sat for awhile then left, so I check the app and it showed my delivery was completed. Now I never received a call about my order so I proceeded to call. I stayed on the phone for twenty minutes and then realized no one is answering the phone. So I look up the store my delivery came from and headed there while still on the phone. Once there I look for a manger my husband talk to a young lady with blue hair he told her about our delivery and her first response was "we don't have a delivery driver and waved us of, we had to keep talking to her about it and show her our app. Now all of sudden she has all the answers now they magical have a driver but he's in a white car and some how he accidently hit the delivered button and its on its way still...I paused and said I thought you said your store don't have a driver right now then she repeated her self saying no what she said was he's in a white car coming to you know and started at us like why you here just leave and wait. I ask for a manger and she said I am the manger...a had customer had to step in and mange the manger.. The customer said to reach out to the driver and remake our pizza. She said she has to check with a manger.. but she claims she is the manger... Oh yeah and I ask about their phone and she said their phone isn't plug in cause it don't work .... Done! Now let's state it's a Birthday party for young ones that I'm setting up as well. I order 4 pizzas ,wings and garlic twist. They send me 4 very dry pizzas with crusty looking meat in the middle of a child's gathering and is a hour late with delivery after I scheduled it,meaning that they had more than enough time to be on time. I call the online service and they tell me it is supposed to be cooked that way there is no error and to bring it back to the store for refund. But wait this is delivery ,why do I have to return it to the store after I payed delivery fees and a tip. Do I pay gas and do what they suggest. Absolutely not..I'm here to tell you it was wrong. I did not want a refund,I only wanted replacement pizza for the children to be delivered. It is beneath me and these children to be served dry meat and crust pizza to these young ones because dominos refused to replace the pizza. Dominos online service and management is a disgrace to proper customer care and food service. Bouldercrest location is not fit to feed the people.    Read moreThis location used to be great but now absolutely terrible. Ordered a pizza over two hours ago using the app and it still hasn't arrived. Tracker says it came out of the oven more than an hour and 15 minutes ago. This has been our experience more than once. I would cancel the order but the store won't pick even up the phone. F minus Domino's. I won't be ordering from you again.
Update: food finally arrived after 2 hours and 20 minutes. Entire order was cold and had obviously been sitting on the counter for at least 90 minutes, and they sent us the wrong food. When I spoke to the store manager, she told me I had to drive the pizza back or wait for the driver to return to pick up the food before they would issue a refund. Nope. We have young children who are in bed asleep, and I"m not going to leave the house or wait up 2 more hours for a driver to show up and wake my kids before I can go to bed. I'm done.
March 2019 Update: I was later contacted directly by Domino's Pizza's regional corporate office. The Customer Service rep listened to my concerns, apologized profusely for my experience and promised to refund my money and send a gift certificate for a free pizza. That might have restored my trust in the company, but over three months later, I've still not received a refund nor the promised gift certificate.
