Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

The whole place was quite scattered. We placed our order at 6:00-6:30 p.m. on the website, we also had to completely redo imputing our order because the website would not allow us to make the transaction. Around 7:02 it said our order was being quality checked. Fast forward to 7:58 and it’s still being quality checked, that is when we get suspicious. We call in and we are notified that the delivery time was expected to be in four hours due to the football game happening tonight. They had our phone number and could have notified us any time sooner, but chose not to. So, we leave to go pick it up. We get there and are notified that they had to toss our whole order out because it exceeded the health and safety time limit. We had to wait about 20 minutes for everything to be remade and then we left. We get home, get into our food, and then realize that one of the custom pastas we had ordered lacked any sauce. The pasta had everything that was supposed to be in it, but completely lacked sauce. This is no joke. We checked how the custom pasta works and no matter what, some sort of sauce, Alfredo by default, should have come with it. We’re incredibly disappointed in their disorganization of this establishment. Why would you make the food if it was expected to be delivered in four hours? Why would you not contact us upon making our food and knowing it will take four hours to be delivered? How does your lack of initiative benefit anyone? Please do better...

11/29/23 Did an order tonight. 4 pan pizzas. 1 I made a mistake on. Called and talked to Ramone. He fixed the problem. Excellent employee. Very nice and considerate. Don't let this employee get away. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH RAMONE.. DONT ORDER DELIVERY. I'm starting to think don't order takeout either. Why is corporate not looking at all these reviews. I ordered 4 large on the 12th. For pickup. One was a pepperoni with EXTRA pepperoni. Only some pieces only had like 2 pieces. There was no extra. My daughter had veggie with black olives, onions,and mushroom. I ordered extra mushrooms and some of the slices had like 1 to 2 pieces on them. Where's the extra?? Why pay for extra when you NEVER get it. I had cheese with extra cheese for me!! There were pieces that were BARELY covered. I just don't get it. Is that the whole deal of 50% o ff?? You get 50% of the topping ??? Just Don't get it. MAYbe corporate will take the time to read this. There are SO MANY...

The guy who was delivering our pizza was very direspectful and talking with a co-worker with him in the car he stated " the people we are delivering the pizza to don't even know where they live " they took over an hour and when we ordered the pizza it clearly stated it was going to be at the house in 30-40 min & he called us when he got lost multiple times . He was getting angry when in reality we should have been the ones getting angry . We were constantly telling him he was on the wrong street . We know our neighborhood better than anyone . He was trying to correct us by saying he was not lost and that we were the ones wrong . We had to call and re-read the address to him and he still said we were wrong . I'm never ordering from this place again & I would recommend you wouldn't either. He was rude and should be fired . We felt like a...
