This location used to be the best… It is now the worst! I ordered a iced caramel latte, not a caramel craze lattee. I was not wanting to pay extra for cinnamon sugar when I have some in my desk at work. And what if I had been allergic to cinnamon and these people put it in my drink. Couldn’t even order donuts for all my coworkers because they are out at 9:00 am. And the only ones I could order was 1/2 a dozen of cream filled. Your name literally had Donuts in it, you should always have donuts!!! Also, I asked for strawberry cream cheese and of course, couldn’t even get that. They gave me plain cream cheese and I open my bagel to find I only get this amount when the packets they used to give covers more than both sides of a bagel, therefore, cheating me of the cream cheese I ordered. It’s not like it’s that hard to do your job. Need to get it together and at least say you’re welcome when someone says thank you three different times. Beware of this location. I’d rather sit for 30 minutes at the 278 location than to ever go back here again! These employees need to pay attention to what someone orders and put it in the system correctly or even if they did put it in the system correctly, it’s not like it’s hard to pay attention to the order request. Lazy and rude employees. I’m not saying all of them are but as far as the ones I’ve dealt with, they have been. Now Dunkin Donuts on Eagle Drive, take these negative reviews and see what needs to be fixed so you can get back to being a location people...

I’ve gone through the drive-thru at this location a number of times in the past few months. The staff generally seem to be kind and warm, and so I want to be fair in saying that other than tonight’s experience I think this is a good dunkin’.

I attempted to go through the drive-thru tonight at 7:47pm or 7:48pm, the worker on the mic was polite and helpful. (Additionally the mic was cutting out horribly).

Since I couldn’t hear her I pulled up to the window to see the window already barred and the other worker turning off the lights. The closing time on the window said 8pm. The woman I had spoken with on the mic opened the window and kindly let me know that they were apparently already closed.

I asked if I was mistaken that they close at 8pm, I believe the other woman working was responsible for the premature closure.

As someone who has previously worked in a food industry, I would never have dreamed of closing my store 10-12 minutes before the closing time. If someone came into the store even at closing time I was still required to serve them. So this was an interesting experience and spoke poorly of the work ethic present.

Be careful and check your order. They will make your drink with stuff you didn't order. I had a simple order: iced coffee with oat milk and mocha swirl (I have a dairy allergy). I received my drink and it seemed more creamy than normal and it had sugar all in the bottom of the cup. I drive back around and explained that I didn't order my drink that way, and they said "you didn't want cream and sugar in it too?" I said "No. That's not how I ordered it. I have an allergy, so you need to make peoples drinks exactly how they order it." I mean you are paying extra for the specialty milk, why would I want something else if I didn't ask for it?
