El Sueño Mexican Restaurant #2 — Restaurant in Georgia

Worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I get there to pick up my order, was told they do not have horchata but could not refund my money laughing. Stated I would have to call a number tomorrow. The staff were playing and laughing with FAKE FINGERNAILs during this time. I drive all the way home and I was missing one order and the other 3 were wrong. I drive back and ask to speak to a manager. Instead I had a teenage girl and another lady argue with me for 15 minutes. I was told I should have called the restaurant to order instead of ordering online. I showed then how Google has their number wrong and sent me to an online ordering platform by text. It did not connect me to the restaurant directly. I ask if they would fix my order and they tried to charge me for two more meals. I then ask for a refund. I was told no. This was still without the manager I ask for. I told them I was not leaving without my money and I wanted to speak to the manager for a 3rd time. By this time I was shaking. The manager came out and talked to me for another 10 minutes all while the teenage girl was still arguing over him. They charged me for 2 tiny flautas the same price as a full meal as well. Even more I could tell but I think that's enough. I have never had a restaurant experience like this nor had such argumentative staff and such rudeness. Never have I had to argue for an hour to get a refund for 4 wrong orders. The manager should really look at how his staff are treating people. I will never eat their again. Its 9pm and now I'm headed to McDonald's to get my family...

Food: Very good. Flavorful. Portions were a good size too, even went home with extras.

Party of 3: Grilled Chicken Salad - ate it all up! Pollo Hawaiiano (picture shown, with avocado) - bacon and pineapple. What more could I ask for? Chicken was delicious. Molcajete Cielo, Mar y Tierra (picture shown, with the giant jalapeno) - ate. every. bite. would order it again. Flavorful. Many thanks to the chef on this dinner special!

Service: Even with the new waiters, they were all very pleasant and attentive to our needs. Heard orders being called out about go check on the table, do this, do that. Ease up a bit and give your team time to shine. They'll learn!

Atmosphere: It was pretty quiet when we arrived, and felt like everyone at the tables had to whisper. If there is some background music playing it definitely helps. My recommendation would be a spotify playlist, or find a good one on youtube to keep the music rolling! Sync up the two televisions. :) After about 5-10 mins of being there, they did have a song or two playing softly in the background.

*Hopefully looking to expand? Felt a bit cramped with all the tables, but luckily it wasn't incredibly busy when we went.

*Maybe some more outdoor sitting? If it's nice out, it'd be nice to sit outdoors (weather permitting).

Meh… don’t waste your money or time. We have tried this place a couple times. The first time the service was lacking, but it was very busy so we thought we’d try again. When we came today, the service was bad, but the food was terrible. I ordered a burrito Mexicano and the first two bites were terrible quality, disgusting meat. I gagged on the second bite. The waiter came to the table and saw that I wasn’t eating it and barely touched it and he never inquired as to whether it was okay. I did politely tell the girl checking us out about the problem and I didn’t get an appropriate response at all. No effort to make it right, take that item off my bill or express any regret over the poor quality. We won’t ever go back. There are MANY other places nearby to go and get a quality meal and decent service, but you aren’t getting either of these things at...
