Hardee’s — Restaurant in Georgia

Just visited this establishment as it's the closest fast food restaurant to my house. Order a 1/4 thickburger (no ketchup, no cheese and no tomato) and a Frisco melt (no tomato). Was told neither burger comes with a tomato, which seems odd since they ar shown on the picture and I've had them on my sandwich before. I also ordered two milkshakes. The milkshakes had melted ice cream all over the side. When I got home, approximately 5 miles away..my food was wrong. I had a thickburger with everything and a chicken sandwich. I drove back to get the correct food and was immediately greeted with "oh your food was wrong too?". Guessing I wasn't the first person today with that problem. After telling the kid five times what I wanted, the line cook started cooking my food. You better believe I stood there and watched him make it and checked it before I left. Perhaps he could hear better on what is ordered if he didn't have headphones on, which is probably a health code violation anyways. From now on I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to a place that can get my food right the first time. And if they happen to make a mistake might possibly tell me sorry,...

There was no one else at the restaurant so we went inside. We both ordered combo meals. We live approximately 2 minutes away from the restaurant. When we got home the burgers looked as if they had been made several hours ago, the fries were very cold and hard. I drove back up to the restaurant to return the food and hopefully get fresh food that's when the manager said to me it is not their policy to serve fresh food. Their policy is to put food underneath the warmer and serve that first. Needless to say I requested fresh food and only got one meal replaced so that my husband would have fresh food enter the manager he can keep mine and keep the money for the food I wouldn't be back. I never thought I was going to have to request fresh food when going to a fast food restaurant but now we know not to go...

I wouldn't even give one star if I could. I was literally the only person here at this restaurant I waited 25 minutes for my food while I watched the staff mess around through the drive thru window. My food finally came out I didn't get straws napkins or sauce they were out of onion rings so instead of telling me that when I ordered they let me pay for it and then just didn't give me any and the hamburger buns they used were so old and hard my 2 year old couldn't even take a bite out of his. This staff store and food was so gross and unprofessional that I didn't even want them to try to remake me something. I took the L on $20 and know not to ever eat at Hardee's or Carl's...
