Hardee's — Restaurant in Georgia

I am a past employee of Hardee's on Bouldercrest in Atlanta & 285. My complaint is that the older lady in drive thru, has the attitude of a teenager, and it's horrible. I have witness several bad attitudes with her , and customers. One she is too old to have this type of attitude snapping at customers. I witness her talking ugly to a lady in drive thru as I was entering, and the lady came in and told the shift leader Carlene how she was treated. The 2nd time was when a cashier grab a coffee lid from the drive thru side, the older lady went off about a coffee lid. I told the cashier you didn't do anything wrong, that She need to learn how to talk to people. then today 09/11/2017 8:34 am I witness her old self rolling her eyes at me with an attitude when speaking to me. I ask her a question, because she still had her mic on when telling the sandwich maker to take the sausage off the biscuit it just a biscuit and gravy. I ask her did you take that sausage off and throw butter on the biscuit, this is where her attitude came in at. She has the wrong profession when dealing with customers. people are paying for their food and want it the way they want it. Mr. Glynn I expect this to be handle, because you never would allowed us to get away with this type of attitude, you would have been all over my General Manager. I normally don't complain nor do I write reviews, but this lady is too old for the Attitude. IVE KNOWN this location since about 1990 and I stopped in for some Of the new sliders😮My order was taken at the DRIVE THROUGH very professionally. I was told that the sliders we're UNAVAILABLE so I had to order something else😤and this was my main reason for my visit😮When I got 2 the window there was a Pretty Face and a Great Attitude.But when I asked if I could add an item 2 my order I was Told no😮I offered to ride around again and I was told no😮So my Money was taken and I was asked to pull ahead and wait 4 my order to be brought to me🤔After a 30 minute wait and we arrived around 8 :00pm on our way STARLIGHT DRIVE INN by the way and 😤 our movie started @8:45pm about 10 other customers were told the exact same thing and there were 2 or 3 other people ahead of my order😮by the way.So as u can imagine people started getting IRATE😮2 no end,not me😏I was more so upset that my movie was starting WITHOUT me🙃NO JOY😮😤So after the same girl that too my order 30 minutes Prior and the sun has set😮our food was finally brought 2 us hot but my Passengers order was asked have NO TOMATOES as we checked our food of course her order had 🍅 s on it no joy😏I still love HARDEES and the FOOD is GREAT just be PREPARED 4 a wait and check your order B4 u PULL OFF😆👍👍👊MY SCORE IS LOW BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE 💪💪💪💪FOOD IS/WAS GREAT we were trying 2 get 2 our movie so she said she would take the 🍅 off...

This is not the first time I have experienced bad service here. However, it has been a while so I thought I would give them another try. After waiting nearly 10 minutes to get from the drive thru order board to the window, the young lady took my card and coupon and as she hands it back tells me it was going to be: "4 minutes". Before I could say anything thing, she added: " It's going to be Reeally Fresh!!"...I said: Ok. After waiting '12 minutes', and watching watching most people on the inside it stand and stare at the front counter like no one was up there, I get to the window and after sitting a minute or two the young lady ask what I had, then remembers just a chicken sandwich and walks away. She comes back with my bag. At this point I had been in this drive thru, in the heat, for nearly 20 minutes! It was just for a chicken sandwich!!!. So as the young lady reaches the bag to me, I ask: Would you mind upgrading this up to a meal, I've been here for 20 minutes, just for the sandwich?" The you lady responds: " I told you it was going to be 4 minutes, Sir"... I respond: Ma'am, I waited 11, or actually 12!" She says: "You want a cup of water?"... Seriously, Hardee's?...I just shook my head, accepted my bag and drove off. This is Customer...
