Hardee's — Restaurant in Georgia

My visit was on 11/5/23 at 1243pm This restaurant is Gross and disgusting!! I mean I know it is Hardee’s and at a truck stop, but it is a restaurant that serves food so the #boardofhealth might want to look into this one. For starters the restaurant had a weird smell when I walked in. And there was no one in the restaurant. I order and Quatina (the name on my receipt) took my order. What I could understand her not speaking clearly and trying to rush me through ordering. Which I purposely slow down when a worker does this. I orderd 2- 5 piece chicken tenders which I only received 4 in each order. She mumbled something which I asked her twice what she was saying and finally figured out she said the chicken tenders had to cook and I asked how long she said 5 mins.. after about 10 and then calling my name at least 5 times which I kept saying I was still there. Received my food after the restaurant filled then emptied then I got my order. Every person received their order after I ordered (see vids below) Then I got the food and went to open my ranch dressing and it said keep refrigerated, it had not been and it was puffy which means it hasn’t been at all. Can we say food poisoning? I did not use it. This restaurant needs some serious help and a good visit from the board of health! Let me add the workers are so busy talking to each other and walking around they need to do their jobs. Recommend not to use this restaurant....

The woman cashier was rude, not helpful at all, I asked about a burger I had at another not far from there and she said that Hardee's never had a jalapeño burger and of course, they did so I pulled it up online and they did indeed have that burger for a limited time and they stop serving it the day before. All the women had to say was it was only for a short time, but instead she looked at me like I was crazy and told me it wasn't Hardee's I had that burger at. When I got my food, I ordered no mayo and it was covered on bothe sides of the bread in mayo so I wasn't gonna take it back because I have no idea what they would do to the food if I did, but I did let her know my burger was wrong and it was so bad I couldn't eat it. I also showed her where she was wrong about Hardee's never having a burger like that. Then I told her if you don't like your job get another one. And make sure its not in customer service. It was dirty in the lobby 1 of the dirtiest I've been to. We had to wipe our table and seats off, the soda area wasn't stocked...

April 1, 2023. Approximately 5:20. I give a rating of one star because the blue haired cashier was nice and seemed mortified by the other employee dealing with the customers. Horrible customer service when receiving our food. The woman handing out food was the most unfriendly, horrible customer service employee I have ever witnessed. Gave one person in our party, and on the same bill, their one sandwich and the rest of the order took 15 minutes to get. Then she acted as if I was bothering her that I asked for salt and ketchup, which I had already asked her for. When I got to the table I had to go back because there were no napkins in the bag! She was absolutely awful! Her screaming out people’s names was ridiculous too! I am in customer service and I can tell you, she would never work for me! Get rid of her, she in no good for your business. First time I have ever dined at Hardee’s and I can guarantee I will...
