I stop here when coming up 75 morning and night.Over the last couple of months I have stopped in for the morning shift to say we can't open night shift left every thing unsanitary.Stop by in the morning to be told can't open we don't have a cook . Stop by in the evening to find the smell of weed to take over and everyone on the phones very bad service .When you ask for a mgr your told they are never here .Is this a corporate store to be a tax dump or private owned with money to waste.It takes a lot of time to get off the interstate to find out your out of luck on eating here .Why doesn't management stay to close to fix this and show up at opening to make sure it's clean and has a cook,part 2(.Thank you for your response over a month later.I have to ask are you an involved owner or just a investor hoping to make a dollar. This restaurant used to be very nice for probably two years .If you stopped in the morning if was amazing the same employees always made you feel welcomed and great food. I do understand times change maybe owners changed .The mornings was and still is better. Do you even check on the store personally .I can say by me stopping in once or twice a week at different times I have pulled in to find employees smoking weed in the car once and standing beside the building. I was told by a guy standing with the waitress if I didn't like it to leave.Do you approve of drug use on the job do you ever show up unannounced.I personally can't bring myself to stop any more when I made my first post I started stopping at the 201 .I know from seeing the same cooks and maybe two of the waitress for a long time you do have a few that try .I hope you also understand that it's not an easy parking lot to enter with a truck to be met with these conditions .If i find this stopping at random what do the daily customer's see and find.Thank you for noticing me a month...
Read moreI gave 3 stars because I have dined here before and received better service. The restaurant is clean. The bathrooms are immaculate. Unfortunately, tonight we had poor service. Our waitress was more concerned with talking on the phone than caring for customers. She chatted away instead of bussing tables. At one point, I asked for a refill of my drink. She cheerily told me she would and then proceeded to do everything but. About 10 minutes later I asked again and this time my husband needed one as well. We also ordered our entrees. Again, she responded cheerily that she would and again she did not. A young man entered the restaurant and she chatted with him for several minutes. At this point the restaurant was empty of customers except for me and my husband. She proceeded to fill a to go cup for the young man. At this point I walked up to her and reminded her that I had asked for a drink twice already. I mentioned that we had asked for refilled long before this young man had entered. He looked at me and said, "Well, I work here so..". I was shocked and answered with, "Yes, but I am a customer." Our waitress apologized and began to get us drinks, but my husband had had enough by now and asked for our check so that we could just leave. He was upset at the way the young man had spoken to me. We will be back, however, because as I mentioned at first we have dined here before with absolutely no issues. Hopefully, next time...
Read moreMy husband and I arrived shortly after church on Sunday at about 10:45am. We could tell the restaurant was understaffed but we were seated immediately and understood it might take a little longer than usual due to the short staff. Our two year old son was with us as well. We ordered our food not long after we were seated, chicken tenders kids meal, french toast platter, and a turkey sandwich. We waited patiently anticipating to be there a little longer. After about 40min of waiting with no food our toddler began to get antsy and cranky. The waitress asked the cooks to go ahead and cook his food. We noticed several other tables that came in after us has already been served their food. After about 10 more minutes we received our son's chicken tenders and asked for our food to go. After another 10 minutes we still did not have our food and we're the last table that had not been served, all of the tables that came in with us were already gone. Finally after an hour total from when we placed our order, we just paid for our son's kids meal and left without having our food. They still had not even began to cook our meals....
