Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

I have been to this location three times - once I got subs for me and a co-worker, last week, and today. My co-workers ordered an oven roasted chicken, but did not want it toasted. They tried to get me to pay for a sandwich without heating up the chicken. The guy just looked at me and said "you didnt want it toasted, maam" I told him you have to heat up the chicken. You cannot serve FROZEN meat on a sub dude. I mean, just passing out Salmonella like it's free! I did not leave a review then because I know mistakes happen. I went back last week to grab mine & my boss's food & the same thing happened AGAIN! Are you freaking kidding me?! I gave them another chance today & they toasted my sandwich without me asking. It was hard as a freaking rock! I will not be going back here ever!!! I should have known something was going on when a guy in the parking lot to me to beware. Stay far away from this place. As a previous Subway employee of 13 years, I was absolutely livid about how my order was prepared. Almost everything was just tossed onto the sandwiches, it was not double toasted like I asked, it was extremely sloppy, they were out of almost everything I asked for, the sandwich making line was messy and some of the foods items were mixed. The ladies working that night were not rude, but it was very obvious that they were not very concerned with displaying proper customer service skills. They seemed in a hurry and uninterested in their jobs. I had to repeat my order several times and they still got it wrong. I was very displeased with the quality, appearance, and overall taste of our food. It was probably the most frustrating visit to a Subway restaurant I have ever had. I would not recommend this location to anyone and I definitely will not be dinning...

Good luck if you EVER walk into this location and employee Tara is working. She left her newer employee to fend for hisself while she was on the phone In the bathroom texting for 10 minutes. She then returns to the counter still texting the whole way from the bathroom I tried to use a SUBWAY coupon that was from the subway site. She told me “I’m not doing it”. Greg was extremely helpful, however With him being new he didn’t know how to do the coupon. But after seeing her be not only disrespectful to her coworker but to myself, I chose to leave without my food. It is not worth stopping for a sub to be treated as if I am not important enough for “Tara” and her incessant texting and hanging out in the bathroom.
