I more than less like this place: affordable/ fast delivery/great portion sizes however it seems that there has been a shift in preparation since my first order like 3 months ago. I don't know if its the kind of soy sauce they use or oil but there is an odd taste to the dishes requiring both of those ingredients. It's an aftertaste and almost medicinal in flavor. Alarming considering this is a restaurant and you have to ingest the items ordered. I still order from there but its mostly just the rice with fried chicken or a side item that also has to be fried, nothing sauteed in that peculiar tasting sauce that is varied among all their dishes for example this off taste is present in both their sesame chicken as well as their chicken and broccoli, but its absent from their rice, which is why I still order the rice but it still sucks because that more or less cancels 90% of any Chinese menu. Never had these problems a few month back, maybe they added a new ingredient or different brand of soy sauce, change in cooking oil ect. Makes me gag but never gotten ill, but still...

i just had the worse service today by whoever answers their phone. I ordered the 10pcs cajun wings alongside shrimp fried rice and had it delivered to my place because i'm ill and can't do pickup. First the delivery was 30 minutes after the supposed time, i was cool about even tipped the delivery man. i eat the first piece of chicken and it tasted bad but i assumed that was only because i was sick and my taste buds were acting. As soon as i bite into the second piece, the nasty smell was strong and it tasted like frozen chicken that was not refrigerated and it went bad. Called them to inform them and the lady was very rude and said if i didn't want it i should just bring it back to them because she has no idea what i was talking about. No offer to try to make a new one or see if something was wrong or a simple apology about my bad experience. As someone that has worked at a kitchen myself, customer service goes a long way and that chick will cost the company good money and loyal customers with that...

very poor costumer service... some one need to sue this place for giving people there wrong food i could of had a very terrible allergic reaction because of there mushrooms in they fried rice that i didnt even ask for i asked for onion fried rice and when i called she said she wasn't going to argue with me and that i said i wanted veg fried rice i kept telling her no no i didnt and my fiance was right beside me when i order the first time she is a LIAR and they really need to update there staff on how to handle problems especially under pressure becausei have plenty of good lawyers and i will be taking actions if this happens again.. the worse chinese place i ever ordered from. i should of just ordered from the chinese place to the left of were i stay they dont deliver over here but i have a truck and its worth me going to pick it up because there food is good.. but IMPERIAL CHINA IS A DAMN SHAME!!! DISGUSTING PEOPLE WITH NASTY...
