Italian Pie ( LILBURN ) — Restaurant in Georgia

Ordered Penne ala Vodka...1st time it was great...2nd experience... Huh first the girl who answered the phone put me on hold but did not meet the phone and spent five minutes saying goodbye to her children and talking about homework and everything else then finally picked up to take my order. Every single time I called they act like they don't know what's on their own menu. My total came up to $18.90 and she told me that it had to be $20 for delivery but there was no exceptions. Okay fine understandable then I'm told that it'll be 30 minutes to 45 minutes took my food an hour and 15 minutes to get here and then when it gets here my noodles are still raw they're not even a la dente and the chicken is fried like breaded not regularly grilled. So I call the restaurant and speak to the manager and the manager is going to go ahead and tell me let me go talk to my cook and tries to explain to me that the owner is the one who cooked it so there's no way that the noodles are hard and not fully cooked and that there's no way that that chicken is breaded because it's grilled so his exact words there's nothing I could do for you. Right so after my food being 45 minutes late and it showing up wrong there's nothing you could do for your customer awesome customer...

I ordered online here for the first time to give it a try. Pickup time was given and I show up at the right time. Go inside to get the order and was told it would be another 5 mins, yeah that’s fine no problem. 10 minutes pass and I go back up to the counter and now the guy is saying they haven’t started my order yet but they will be now and it will be another 15. I asked him why he lied and didn’t just explain that in the first place to which he replied because “that guy” told me to and walks off. Ended up just leaving and doing a chargeback on my card. If you want to be lied to for no good reason then patronize here! Yes I wasted more of my time to leave a review, hopefully so you don’t have to waste...

I order pizza here often - the pizza's are often larger than the boxes can hold. They are always hot and use fresh ingredients. I must say though, Thursday night I ordered a large with mushrooms and sausage and some wings for pick up. It was raining, so the guy behind the counter brought it out to my car for me (very nice guy). I got home and saw that there was no sausage on the pizza. I called to tell them, and even though the manager was reluctant to do so, the kid that brought the pizza out to me convinced him to replace our pizza and let him deliver it to us. This not only made things right, but proved that they are willing to go the extra bit to make sure the customer is happy....
