Bad customer service, they gaslight, make you feel guilty for going to shop around and when you’re shopping around with flower prices finalize an order without making sure first. I was very loyal to Jerry and Shelly and got a lot florists and bakers to go and get from them. I always order my main events from them but I told them to hold this order off. On all my events they call me 10 days before hand to make sure and they didn’t so ya if my amazing wholesaler didn’t find a way to help me out to selling my smilax I would’ve been WAYYYYYYYY OVERBUDGET! Basically forcing me to take the smilax or last transaction. Which it was my last transaction but on MY CALL.
